It's basically create your own sandwich, where you choose from meats, breads, cheese, toppings, and condiments. I hate coming up with my own sandwich, so I just went with the Italian sub, and it was reasonably priced at $5.99. I would say the Italian sub is not quite one you'd get in an Italian deli, but the meat was decent and the bread was fresh. I'd rate the sandwich a 3 out of 5. I wouldn't go back to this place for a sandwich after a hike. I'd try to look elsewhere.

I remember watching it transition from a barn that was no longer in use to the gorgeous establishment it is today. Upon driving up to the building, there are some picnic tables in the grass by the trees. The building has a couple porches for you to chose to sit on. Inside you'll find a small deli which serves breakfast from 6am-10:30am. From 11am on they serve lunch. Upstairs they have a loft which is used by different artists each week to produce local paintings/crafts. There were some lovely paintings on display today during my visit...some I wanted to take home! There is a cute coffee bar with all the fixins available.
