The hack for The Deck Is to catch a 6:15pm or later gondola up the mountain. By then, everyone who crammed into line 45 minutes before the first free evening gondola has eaten their burgers, fries and beers and moved on. Or... if you want to eat early, grab a margarita at Cantina at gondola base well before 5pm and hang out in line for one of the first tables. The menu is on a QR code on the table, order and pay online and voila, huge baskets of fries and cold drinks will appear. There are healthier options like edamame on the menu so no fears!

The Deck - wow the view!

What a stunning spot! Take the 4:30 pm free gondola from Teton Village up the mountain to make it for the Deck's happy hour 5-6 pm. Incredible views! Good to go early also to snag one of the prime tables!! Ordered the edamame and it was fantastic - a huge portion covered in sesame oil, lemon, sea salt and sesame seeds. Cheap for the amount of food! The drinks were excellent too - absolutely LOVED the jalapeño margarita and the happy hour draft beers was a great deal! Don't miss this spot while in Jackson!

This was indeed a pro move. We also had the Faroe island salmon which, at $43 was too expensive, but was really good (in a previous menue picture I looked at it was $34). Finally, both my wife and I enjoyed the huckleberry cosmo. Our waiter did a good job of selling us on the desert. The brownie skillet with ice cream was a good reminder of how all deserts should come as a hot/cold pairing.

We sat down and were asked if we wanted the shades pulled down but we said we liked the light and enjoyed having them open. Shortly after that a group sat at the table next to us and the waitress closed the blinds completely without saying anything to us. If the light was in someone's eyes I totally support lowering them a bit but it was 4pm and if you're going to ask every table if they want them open or closed and you end up with two next to each other having opposing opinions then just ask if the other table minds ifs lowered partially or let them know what you're doing. Frustrating because we chose to eat here specifically for a view of the mountain. Secondly we asked our waitress for ranch and when she brought out our waters out she brought ketchup and said she'd be right back with the ranch. Our food then came and we asked the guy who brought it to bring some ranch but that never came. I wouldn't care much about it if the burger wasn't completely flavorless (which I'll touch on in a moment). Then we finally were able to get some ranch when the host walked by and he was great and brought it to us right away but having to ask 3 times for some ranch was frustrating. If this was all and the food was great, I'd let all this go BUT the burger (which we added bacon to) was completely flavorless. For a burger to have meat cheese and bacon and still taste like nothing is impressive. When the ranch finally came...it was awful. I've genuinely never met a ranch I didn't like until this one. It tasted like chemicals. Everyone at the table tried it and agreed. I didn't try the wings that others at table had so I can't comment on them myself but there weren't any good reviews from that side of the table either. I think this may just be a spot to grab a drink because it's tough to mess up a burger wings and ranch but this place managed to.

I particularly liked the corn crusted red trout for dinner and the cowboy omelette for breakfast. Produce tasted fresh and their green smoothie was pretty good as well Service- 5 stars Food came out quickly and the servers and bartenders were really attentive. The atmosphere hits that perfect Jackson vibe with a modern Western, warm lighting, rustic wood accents, and a fun energy vibe without feeling chaotic. It's the kind of place that works just as well for après-ski drinks as it does for a full sit-down dinner. The menu has something for everyone: elevated comfort food, solid steaks, fresh fish, and great shareable starters. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well-executed. The cocktails were creative (and strong in a good way), and the wine list was thoughtfully curated. Service was friendly and efficient even when it was busy, which says a lot during peak ski season. You can tell they're used to handling the resort crowd without sacrificing quality. Whether you're wrapping up a long ski day or just want a fun, reliable dinner spot in Teton Village, Spur delivers. Great food, great vibe, and right where you want to be. Definitely a repeat stop. It was the perfect ending to a perfect trip and stay in Jackson Hole.

We rode the Bridger Gondola up (and back down), which already makes the experience feel like an adventure. Gliding up the mountain as the sun starts to set over the Tetons is unreal. The restaurant itself is stunning with huge windows, warm modern design, and panoramic views that honestly steal the show. Watching the light change over the valley while enjoying dinner is next-level. It was easy to communicate with the restaurant via text and rearrange dining plans. The food absolutely holds its own. Elevated mountain cuisine with thoughtful presentation and bold flavors. Everything felt refined without being pretentious. Great wine list, creative cocktails, and attentive service that made the whole night feel special. I know my food since I'm from Los Angeles and have eaten every corner of the city. The tuna appetizer they had which basically was a super spicy poke with a perfect Mexican spin with the salsa macha. Absolutely amazing! I could've had 4 more! Deviled eggs is usually meh, but I needed more protein. These were fantastic especially with the ikura and dill on top. The saltiness and egginess was divine!!!!! I was still hungry and got the burrata salad. The stone fruit and the creaminess and saltiness of the stracciatella from the burrata was on point. Sooooo good!!!! With the pistachios, gave it a slight warmth and crunch.
