Love the space. It has lots of character to it. Good food and service. I enjoyed the huckleberry bq sauce on the ribs and my friend liked his brick chicken. We both thought the corn bread was delicious.

Great chickpea burger. Also have sloshies. Sat on the patio and can see people playing in the common greens area. Casual dress.

Great meal with great service. Enjoyed lunch outside on the porch with friendly service! Enjoyed the breeze and hanging baskets of flowers--great Jackson Hole vibe!

Mangy Moose truly had it all. From a market and cellar, to food options, and a fun night life, it was truly the place to be any time of at this ski village. The cafe had quick and easy food options, the market had all essentials and goods that were fun and convenient to buy. And, there was music and fun vibes happening here, as well. Service was great everywhere, and everyone was always so kind!

    Chili. Way to SALTY

A dark cabin lodge feeling restaurant. We came during summer but I can see this being a beautiful place to relax and cozy in on a snowy day. We ordered chili and a burger and the ribs. The chili was very SALTY! Another table close by said the soup was salty and they weren't able to eat it. So we decided on the chili. Bad choice same thing. The burger was delicious. I had the ribs and they were delicious! The mash potatoes were good however the kale was dripping in oil. I did take the ribs home so manny! True to its name the moose paid a visit too! I did find it very odd the servers were eating and drinking in the middle of the dinner rush.

Stopped in for a light lunch after riding the Sky Tram back down from the mountain. This is a beautiful ski resort in the Teton Village. We were here early October, no snow yet so not very crowded. It has a warm welcoming atmosphere. In the middle of the room a large moose hung from the ceiling. We chose to dine outside on the deck overlooking the beautiful mountain. The waitress was quick to take our drink order and gave us time to look over the menu. My husband ordered a dozen wings with a whiskey, pineapple sauce. The wings were cooked to perfection and the sauce was delicious. The wings also come with a nice amount of celery and carrots and ranch dressing. I ordered the kale salad which had raisins, nuts, and a delicious vinaigrette dressing. It was served on a plate not very large for its price. I did end up having a few of the wings. Shout out to management as we did notice we were only served 11 wings and mentioned it to the waitress and they ended up bringing out another dish of about five wings with carrots and celery. If you are in the area Mangy Moose is the place to hang out.

Most popular saloon/bar/eatery in teton village. I "broke-the-bank" and chose the fried chicken wings with the whiskey chilli dressing since they were highly rated and they did not disappoint. Washing the flavors down with one of the house local draft brews created the perfect match. My partner had an excellent tasting yoder chopped Kale salad, sans protein otherwise it would have cost an additional and unwarranted +$11-$14, depending on type, as the base price was already $15. Cost aside, you will surely enjoy the scenery both inside and out. If weather permits, I recommend outside seating to enjoy the gorgeous views of Mt Rendezvous.

Went here on our last night of vaca and it was great!!! Such a cute vibe and lovely mountain view's. I thought this would be basic pub food, but it was honestly so delicious. They had a wide variety of drinks, and everything from the flatbread to the salad was delicious! it wasn't busy when we went, but our server was very attentive and nice!

Flew into Jackson after a long day. Had a burger and salad. The food was fresh and the servers were friendly. We got our food quickly despite the fact that there were a couple big parties ahead of us. Would love to return if I lived in the area.

After our horse riding we grabbed lunch at MM. they have a super Cute place to shop and by drinks but we are at the Restaurant. We sat outside with an epic view. The server was friendly. The iced tea is dark. The burger was good! I got an overpriced salad and the BLT was good. The view is soooo nice and good food. Why nor?

We mentioned this to the young hostess, who replied that she "had no control over that." We asked if she could at least inform a manager. Our waitress took our drink order in an impatient, distracted manner. She was looking around the room as I was speaking to her. When I began placing my order and requested my steak cooked medium, she rudely interrupted me by saying, "Just a minute," and walked away to speak to another server at the table next to us. She eventually returned to finish taking our orders. Our Caesar salads were good, although they were served warm instead of chilled. My 10-ounce sirloin, ordered medium, was decent but unremarkable. Unfortunately, my husband's and son-in-law's steaks, both also ordered medium, arrived extremely rare and were so undercooked they were difficult to cut. Their baked potatoes were hard and undercooked. My daughter and grandchildren ordered the ravioli, green beans, mushrooms, and macaroni and cheese, which were all bland and best described as merely adequate. My iced tea was never refilled, and our waitress was nowhere to be found throughout most of the meal. The room was so hot and noisy that my daughter and grandchildren eventually left the table because it was a very unpleasant atmosphere. As we were leaving, I stopped at the hostess stand and asked an older woman if she was the manager. She abruptly replied, "One of them." I quietly began explaining our experience so as not to create a scene. Instead of listening, she fixed me with a hostile stare and interrupted me by asking, "Did you tell your waitress about these issues so she could tell me?" I explained that our waitress never returned--not even to refill my tea--so we never had the opportunity to discuss our concerns with her. It was clear from the manager's attitude that the conversation wasn't going to be productive, so I simply told her my husband was still at the table and wanted to speak with her. Ironically, my daughter predicted the manager would treat the men in our party with more courtesy--and she was right. She listened to their concerns and removed one steak and a iced tea from the bill. Between the mediocre food, inattentive service, and unprofessional management, this was an extremely disappointing dining experience. We will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this restaurant

This place is attached to the Virginian Lodge complex which is a pretty cool place to stay overall. There's a little gift shop, a burger joint, the saloon, a pool, hot tub, all sorts of little amenities. So this saloon is one part of this whole lodge experience. Immediately, we liked the laid back ambiance with lots of sofas and comfie chairs to hang out with a small group of people. We sat at the bar. For us, the vibe and casual, kickback ambiance was a five star for what we were looking for (which was that). We ordered two appetizers which were maybe about average: the hatch pepper queso was not as good as the Pace queso from the jar that we had just had a week prior. The chicken tenders were typical bar tenders, nothing special. Basic fries. So the food was struggling to score a three star. The thing about the service was that it could have been much better but because of the early hour we seemed to be sort of the warm up customers. One bartender was in training so while he greeted us he was promptly dismissed by the main bartender who alternated between being the best and the worst bartender you might have. When you're two of three people at the bar and there's only five people in the whole place you might expect to get more conversation from the barkeep since we were out of towners and looking forward to hearing about the local scene. Nope. I guess you could say it was mainly our high expectation of having a friendly bartender but ended up feeling sort of like a bar seat. This was at a very low ebb in the season as well as the day so I can't imagine that the experience would improve with more people. As with all things, it's all about expectation. If you don't expect a great bartender, and don't expect great food you might come away pleased with the venue. But no dark on tap so don't expect that either.
