They tried to charge me double for services that weren't even completed correctly. I requested hedge trimming, however, they failed to trim all of my hedges and left leaves and debris everywhere. They claimed to have been at my house for 52 minutes, and trimming for 42 which they definitely did not. They did come back (twice) to correct the issue, however they were adamant about overcharging me. Don't use them. Amy in the office will yell at you and tell you it's hot outside which is why she won't refund you and then hang up. They are horrible.

So what they did, without my permission, was go into my front and back yard and remove the termite treatment disk things they had installed. This left really deep holes which are especially dangerous in my back yard because I have senior dogs. If one of them steps in one of the holes, it will cause an injury.
