I absolutely love going to "the den" I've been going there since I moved to Northern Co 6yrs ago. It's always a great time, fun atmosphere, I feel like the owner does a fantastic job keeping all of us "regular patrons" informed of promos, and events. My wife and I, both women, love to cruise the occasional strip club. We were in Cheyenne for dinner with a friend and opted to swing through this club on the way home. I danced here a decade for a few months so I was generally familiar with it. I was happy to see it had been cleaned up a lot. The parking area was well lit and the dour staff was nice and treated us well. Some strip clubs wont let women not accompanied by a man, through the doors. This club had no issue with us coming in. Strip clubs can be hit if miss for females as some dancers don't enjoy dancing for women. It's a much better experience if the dancers are into women and that was clearly the case here. We had girls dancing for us, sitting with us, doing private dances for us and simply having a great time. I might have even received a nice kiss from a lovely lady. Shhhhhh. The beer was cold, the women were pretty and flirtatious and the bartender and staff treated us well. We even a a round of drinks comped which was nice. Didn't want to touch anything in the bathroom because I felt like I was going to catch something. Owners probably need to invest more in the facility and parking lot more than anything. read more

To start this review off strong, I am a conservative Christian man. I took my 8 year old son here and let me tell you what these "dancers" were doing was completely vulgar! I tried to cover them up with a sweatshirt and got kicked out! When my 8 year old tried to get them to do the GangNam Style he got slapped! Horrible environment for children. Frankly, I thought it was a normal bar where people actually danced instead of thrusted in the air!! That's my thing!! I also saw MEN being KIDNAPPED by these "dancers" and brought to private rooms. To finish it off, a woman who was much younger than me sat on my lap!! She didn't even have a ring on! I. Was. Livid. I left the establishment without my son. A disappointing waste of time... Having frequented this establishment over the last 2 decades, every visit becomes more and more regrettable. I try to be positive, thinking "maybe this time will be different, maybe it will be fun!", but the next time is always worse than the last. For starters, the building is dated, filthy with very poor upkeep. The years of residual cigarette smoke and poor personal hygiene is seeping out of every piece of furniture, the disgusting carpet and the walls. The lighting is very dark and poorly done, obviously by someone who didn't know what they were doing... Likewise, to add to the charm of the place, the owner's appearance is very unprofessional, as if he is still living in the 80's with cheap tank-tops and torn jeans, making himself look like a mindless goon creeping on young girls. Some of the girls exhibit decent talent, but most of them appear to be strung out impoverished wrecks desperate for money. The music selection is total crap as well... the girls dance to music that is not only not sexy, but also, annoying, making me that much more unwilling to spend any money. Apparently, the DJ must not understand music selection should be somewhat sexy and edgy creating an atmosphere of seductive fantasy and desire. One girl, Viola, I guess her stage name is, chose to dance to Broadway musical big-band trash that made me want to take a blow torch to my balls. The management and direction of the whole establishment, and most importantly, the girls, is by far the worst I have ever seen in any strip club. They girls have no concept of servicing and mingling with clientele, being cordial and professional. They act as if they are not at work while not on stage, seemingly disassociated from customers and glued to their cell phones. They apparently don't care or don't know the customers are there to spend money and have fun. If the girls seem interested, fun and approachable, the will make money. However, the last several times I have visited, the girls were not interested in making money. As a result, the girls miss out on A LOT of money. On my last visit, I had brought a considerable sum with me to spend and have fun, buy the girls a few drinks and enjoy the night, but only one girl half-ass attempted to talk with me then directly asked me to buy a private dance, walked away pissy because I refused her an her shitty attitude. The dank disgusting dated trailer-trash atmosphere stifles the true potential of the business and more importantly the girls. Two girls in particular, Bambi and Gypsy, are wildly sexy and seductive, however, their talent and appearance are lost in the foul odor and the shitty atmosphere of the place, making any A-squad girl varsity of the C-squad at best. The men's bathroom is total crap as well. Overall, it is quite apparent the owner(s) does not care to invest money into the infrastructure and interior appearance, developing the girls into professional dancers and bringing in more business. I think my days of visiting The Den are over, there is consistently no satisfaction there, only regret and discontent. read more

I've been dragged to this place by my drunk female friends while being the DD one too many times. I've never understood paying for something you can get for free, so going there just bores me. The "Friction Room" sign made me laugh. As a bar, it's WAYYYY to expensive to go to; and it being so far out of town makes a cab pretty impracticable. If you drink and you then drive, be prepared to get a DUI as the Highway Patrol and Sheriffs monitor the area pretty heavily. read more

1st of all, the address and map is wrong on Yelp, the club is about 8 miles south of Cheyenne. 2nd, the good...cheap cover, cheap drinks, good looking girls. Finally, the bad, the girls...they are good looking but they don't talk to the guys. I don't really understand what they are doing there, not one did a dance the entire time I was there and not one came up to me in the hour I was there. They hung at the bar amongst themselves or with the bouncer. I was tipping on stage, I had money in my pocket, and I was drinkin. Ok. The cover wasn't too expensive. The beers were moderately priced. The first few dancers seemed really energetic and fun, and then we got to see The Den for what it really is. Our party was accosted by a drunk stripper in a purple dress telling us that our "tipping fingers" must be broken. She had a horrible attitude and for an establishment to let its employees get that drunk and obnoxious is ludicrous.
