I also had some stains on the back seat and front seats just from like dirt and sweat. It was shampooed but the stains are still there. It almost seems like they just did a quick wash. Overall, the outside of the truck is clean. And overall from what YOU CAN SEE, it is clean. But I am a detail kind of guy. And I got the "FULL DETAIL". The carpet under my seats never got vacuumed, nor did they touch my wheel well. My cubby hole and cup holders wasn't touched AT ALL. On top of everything else, all the little bits of trash and some bottles that were on my floor were just tossed out of the vehicle. All you have to do is put it in a trash bag, but instead it was littered out into the parking lot. I'm honestly disappointed and won't be paying that kind of money for "details" again. It was $285 for this by the way.

The next day as I was checking the air in the front tire I noticed that he missed the entire front of my bike. Not just a poor job, it was not touched. I have PM'ed him several times to give him a chance to make it right and received no reply. This man does not stand behind his work. I have photos of both the poor work. I don't mind as much that he missed it, but the refusal to make it right is not something an honest person does.

I'm still in the boot, but needed to get to the grocery store. My car hadn't moved in 8 weeks and was covered in dust and pollen. The $8 cleaning option included a pressure wash before entering the tunnel and a quick towel dry on the other side. Perfect.
