The appointment was at 4pm, I received a call at 1:50pm asking to reschedule AGAIN! Mind you this would be the 2nd time rescheduling because of them, this time I'm overly upset because I traveled 6 hours to bring her here FOR NO REASON! The person who called to inform me seemed to have no empathy for my frustration, seemed like he couldn't care less. He gave me a recommend office that does not even accept Medicaid, and I would have to do an "introduction appointment " to that office so she wouldn't even get the cleaning that her original appointment was for. The unfortunate part of using Medicaid with healthcare is that in return they treat you like you're not important! It's already hard enough finding an office that accepts Medicaid, then I do and it's just not it. To reschedule someone twice is outrageous, to not have a care that you're having to reschedule someone is something that bothers me. Unfortunately when using Medicaid you're treated like a number and not a person. Then dentist offices wonder why children's teeth are terrible, it's because we CANT get them help. I just moved to NC, I called 10 offices to get my daughter seen which none accepted Medicaid. This office was 45 minutes from me, that's how far out I had to look just to get my daughter seen. Just to keep being pushed aside with no care in the world, now this is a 12 hour trip I'm going to have taken for no reason, thanks so much.

I had a major surgery coming up and I needed to have my dental issues clear before the surgery. A male Spanish speaking dentist worked on them, at the very same moment he installed the first bridge I told him that it didn't feel right, the owner of the place came and worked on it for a few minutes assuring me that after a few days it would feel fine, that I needed to get used to it. on the second bridge he installed a provisory one. I called a few days later and send many emails saying that the bridge he installed didn't feel right, that food was getting stuck and shape was not matching the rest of my molar structure, the color was way off compared to the rest of the teeth and I had a sensation when chewing. They ignore my messages for a long time. When they finally responded, they did so with the assumption that I was going there to pay for the one that I had the temporary tooth worked on. I told them that I needed the one that was given me issues fixed. They said in an email that I needed to pay for the temporary bridge over $5000 in order for them to fix what they did wrong. In January a few months after my surgery, I responded saying that I only wanted them to fix what they did wrong with my bridge, basically I wouldn't allow them to work on my mouth on the other bridge. They were only thinking on the money without any regard for my health, they were upset because I complained that the bridge they installed was a mess. And kept saying that it was me that I didn't like it. I told them that is not about like or not liking it, I complained because they did a terrible job with it, and to this date is causing lots of issues and discomfort. Then they send me a message saying that they didn't want me in their office again and saying that they will not send me to collection for a balance due on my account (I don't owe them anything, I paid a lot of money for the bridge they messed up). unless they also charge to answer emails. I am very upset and disappointed with Stapleton Dentistry of Cary. They treated me very badly, unprofessionally and without any compassion even though I explained to them that I was going to have a major surgery. to this date I am still struggling and suffering with the messed they did on my mouth, trying to save up to go see a professional dentist. Beware!!! Beware!!! Beware!!! (I know they will comment saying that they are sorry for the way I feel, but didn't do anything to correct the issue, and won't do anything after the review)

There aren't words to describe the horrific way in which my husband was treated at Wells Family…read moreDental.  They told my husband that he was developing a tooth infection so to avoid any issues, my husband scheduled a tooth extraction with Stephanie Chapman.  Not only did she break my husband's tooth, but she left the room after breaking his tooth and sent in her assistant to tell my husband that he needs to go to another dental location - the earliest appointment that they could get my husband in was 4 hours later, 45 min. away.  She never came back in the room and his broken tooth was never properly gauzed or attended to.  She damaged his tooth so badly that the next dentist had to do an invasive procedure (without proper anesthesia) on my husband.  The pain my husband experienced was unbearable.  In fact, it was not healing properly and my husband had to go back for an evaluation.  The owner contacted my husband and referred him to an oral surgeon that he used to work with.  This turned out to be a disaster.  This surgeon would not help my husband.  He said that he had to follow "procedure" and even though weeks went by and my husband pleaded for some kind of help, he insisted that he must follow "procedure" and not do anything for my husband to see if it healed on its own.  He even canceled an appointment within 5 min. of the appointment arrival time - my husband had to drive 2 hours round trip + tolls.  Finally on Friday of last week, this surgeon finally admitted that my husband had a bad infection, but that he was so busy and couldn't help my husband for another 3 weeks.  What???  My husband had endured the intense and horrific pain of a tooth infection for 8 weeks now.  He's missed out on anniversary celebrations, vacations, ect.  The intense pain has caused severe migraines, and my husband has had to rely on pain meds to get him through the day.  He has had insomnia and is never without pain.  I have never experienced malpractice before so this is incredibly shocking to see the severity of pain my husband has been in and the way in which he's been treated.  This practice should be absolutely ashamed. Update: My husband had an xray to see exactly what Well's Dental did to my husband's jaw when they pulled the tooth. And they literally cut a square into my husband's jaw. Who knows the extend of repair he will need to fix his jaw. Every dentist/surgeon/periodontal doctor he sees apologizes on behalf of the dental community for the extensive damage they did to my husband. There aren't words to describe the pain and suffering my husband has endured.
