I went in for a tooth extraction and ended up with an almost $9,000.00 loan that has wrecked my credit. I only received what was promised on the second loan which was a partial bridge which I'm not pleased with. The temporary bridge looked better than the permanent bridge. I was supposed to have gotten a bridge on the top left and the bottom right, but that never happened. I got a bridge on the bottom right and the top left was never mentioned again. I called Cherry Technologies to inquire how to remove the services that weren't rendered and was told that "maybe" the dental lounge would credit me something back. I knew that would never happen. I am very dissatisfied and angry with the Dental Lounge because I feel like I was lied to and now have to pay for something that I never received. It seems that the only way to get a decent smile is to have them remove all of your natural teeth and replace them with permanent implants. Lesson learned! read more

Setting up the appt was easy. My cleaning was done by Kim, and she was amazing! Very professional and best dental cleaning I've ever received in my whole life. I felt nothing and she has very delicate hands. I would definitely come back for my next cleaning, and will be requesting it be done by Kim! read more

great staff, very friendly great work done, and great prices as well. they can work with just about any budget. I had to get major dental work done and they quoted me 1/4 of the price of aspen dental, and were able to get me financed on treatment despite my credit situation which isn't the best. they do a great job at making sure you're comfortable as well, and treat you like friends and family. it's awesome and I highly recommend this place, keep up the good work! read more

NO in fact 3 times in a row within minutes a part I answered after left my meeting to find it it was just a sales tactic ... if this was the last place to go I would forgo them!! this type of cold calling isn't going to work for 2024 starting with me. read more

First of all of these guys are very persistent on there follow-through on communication, which is huge considering my last dental Doctor's office did a cleaning gave me a referral to somewhere else, and never called back to follow up. So from the time that I got in at Dental Lounge, the process people that I talked to were very professional yes there were recommendations for other things that could help me in different ways if I am looking for perfection with my smile! I am so glad I found this gem of a place. I have never been to the dentist and felt so welcomed. Everybody was so patient and nice with me. I am terrified of the dentist and never once did they ever made me feel like I was being a pain when let's be honest, I was! They gave me an honest treatment plan where many before have failed. Dr Habashy and dr Vera were amazing and really made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The dental assistants were phenomenal as well. Most of the time I was taken care of by Jasmine and she always proactive in making sure I had everything I needed. Amanda was a ray of sunshine. Always smiling and in a good mood . Isabella is great as well. She always welcomed me with a smile and made me feel comfortable from the first day there. Another hound lady helping Dr habashy was so sweet as well. Soooooo I decided, or my teeth and gums decided, that it was time to let go of the past and move forward to a new reality. As a child, we received dental and medical care through the "system". My interaction with those medical and dental "professionals" was a nightmare. My sisters and I as kids, were quite frankly, mistreated. When my mother was out of view we were yelled at, yanked around, and talked to through gritted teeth --the people in white coats were not kind at all. It was a painfully abusive experience on all levels. Fast forward 40+ years later and imagine my relief at entering the welcoming doors of The Dental Lounge. People who look like me wearing the white coats. I love the diversity! Friendly, gentle conversations, people who listen and really seem to care. I explained my fears and they HEARD me! My appointment was right on time. I've had two visits thus far and the team has been openly communicative between each of the visits..and my teeth cleaning did not hurt. Imagine that! In 2023 with all of our fancy technological advances...NOTHING beats being treated with respect. High on my list. Thanks to The Dental Lounge, the wonderful, professional (and happy!) staff, I am ready to take care of decades of dental neglect. Thank you so very much for being focused on the dental experience. The Dental Lounge is the best dental experience I have ever had. Lets just say I have tons of experience. I find most dental offices to be pushy and opaque. I have been known to get up and walk out when that feeling begins to prevail. I have experienced the exact opposite at the dental lounge thus far. I needed an implant done on a failed crown and after doing my research I appreciated Dr. Cabanillas credentials and experience most. I made a great decision because his experience and manner were on point and I am extremely impressed with his assistant Isabella as well. She is wise beyond her years. I am so impressed that I will continue going here for my complete dental care going forward. Take my word for it. This is a dental practice that gets it and I sincerely recommend them to every discerning person, when it comes to dentistry, and everybody else too while I am at. They told me they will give me a referal to see periodontist because i need one for my left upper tooth to build the bone in but never had done.
