I was told I needed various treatments. They were also very very hard on my teeth and would always make my gums bleed and then tell me I needed it this that in the other, they were super rough with my teeth almost as they were straight out of school not very kind to patient was more of a number, not a patient. I have very sensitive gums so I've always been picky with my dentist and hygienist. I kept shopping around thankfully I found Dr. Berger what I like about Dr. Berger is she will tell you what you need and let you decide. I have had various treatments with Dr. Berger. She has fixed a feels crowns that were done the wrong way. and is currently working on a mistake one of the other dentists made on a front tooth of mine. Aside from her lovely smile, one of my favorite things about Dr. Berger is how meticulous she is. She's a perfectionist. I can't recommend her enough and I always do whenever. My appointment was for an oral extraction. Approached by dental assistant to discuss remainder balance of permanent bridge process. In midst of conversation, dental assistant pushed my shoulders and I told her do not push me. I explained I made calls in past and no one returned my phone calls. Receptionist verified she called and left voicemails, I have received nothing not even an email. Yes I reached out to check on status of arrival on permanent bridge and oral extraction. Verified with police and other medical practitioners no professionals is allowed to push a patient. Dental assistant admitted to pushing me and apologized moments later. A few months ago, the receptionist declined my option to pay off early, twice. If I did not want to pay, why would I still reach out and find alternative options to pay off balance? Absolutely absurd, to think I paid thousands and time well spent into this dental procedure; very, very tedious process. I was told by dental assistant I had to pay what the insurance did not cover. Verified with my insurance this dental office in fact did received the approved claim 8.9.25. I was advised by insurance to wait, until all claims are approved and finalized, so I would NOT overpay. Overall satisfied with my look permanent bridge completed on 28 July 2025 easy process of 45min. and pain free. Yes I do love my teeth and received countless compliments. No I will NOT change the one star review, I truly prefer no contact. Bill pay is best method to send payments to avoid any altercations. It's one of those first-name basis but they usually call you "Hon" or "Sweetie" type of practices. You NEVER hear them gossiping about or badmouthing patients as is very often the case when other medical practices. They genuinely seem to love their jobs. (I was once in the waiting room when a difficult patient was arguing a point ad nauseum and Dr. Nathalie never lost her patience, but professionally indulged this person for at least 10 minutes, remaining cordial and indulgent throughout.) Not once, not twice, but THREE times the implant fell out. After all of this, they refunded us only $2,795, when honestly, half of the total cost would have been the bare minimum, and even that would have been generous considering the nightmare we endured. The staff was incredibly difficult to deal with, especially the Office Manager, Lotti (not sure if that's her first or last name), who dodged my calls/texts for days. Meanwhile, we're now back living in New York while this office is located in Fort Lauderdale, forcing us to find another dentist to repair what Dr. Burak clearly failed to do properly. To make matters worse, she actually had the audacity to suggest that maybe my husband was "chewing more on one side." Seriously? What difference should that make if this is supposed to be a permanent implant? This has been an exhausting, stressful, and extremely expensive ordeal. By the time I left my consultation, all of my fears and anxieties were gone and I knew this is going to be a positive experience. When I showed up for my actual appointment, I had very little anxiety, and my nerves were actually not completely shot. In 2 1/2 hrs, I walked out with a complete top denture after having all my upper teeth extracted. I still cannot believe that they did both extractions and Dentures all during the same appointment, and it took under three hours from beginning to end! I would absolutely recommend this dentist to anyone in need of extractions, cosmetic dentistry, implants, and so on. Oh, and did I forget to mention that they are incredibly reasonable!!!!!!
