My previous facialist was exceptional, and I wasn't sure I'd ever find that again. Then I found Amy. Amy has every quality you hope for in a true skin expert--and then some. She is highly knowledgeable with a strong scientific foundation, incredibly experienced, and has that rare ability to understand exactly what your skin needs the moment she sees it. She's also incredibly strategic in how she approaches treatments. I've learned so much from her about how different steps and modalities build on each other to create real, cumulative results, especially in a high altitude, dry mountain climate like Park City. She focuses on things like collagen support and keeping the skin barrier healthy--concepts I never thought about until she explained them in such a simple, approachable way. And honestly, I was hooked, because the dry climate here is no joke. Her touch is gentle yet confident, her treatments are thoughtful and effective, and the results are consistently outstanding. What sets her apart even more is who she is as a person: kind, honest, warm, and genuinely invested in her clients. She never rushes, never oversells, and always explains the "why" behind what she's doing. You feel cared for, understood, and completely at ease in her hands. I can say without hesitation that Amy is the best of the best. Park City is unbelievably lucky to have her!

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the results speak for themselves. The Glow Two facial is a game-changer! It combines advanced technology with radio frequency (RF) for an unparalleled skin treatment. Not only did it leave my skin feeling revitalized and looking radiant, but I also noticed a significant reduction in pigmentation and wrinkles. The RF technology worked wonders in smoothing out fine lines and giving my complexion a youthful glow. Amy Rocker is the best aesthetician I have been to. She took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I understood how the RF worked to enhance my natural beauty. The ambiance was relaxing, making it the perfect escape from daily stress. The attention to detail and personalized care made me feel truly pampered. If you're in Park City and looking for an effective facial treatment, I highly recommend trying the Glow Two facial with RF. It's a fantastic investment in your skin, and I can't wait for my next appointment! I pretty much saw immediate results.

I can't recommend Ariel enough!…read more When I lived in Park City, she completely transformed my skin, and I saw her monthly for facials and treatments. After moving to another state, I began seeing a new provider who ended up ruining my skin with an overprocessed laser treatment. This resulted in scarring and an orange peel texture that lasted for over five months (and before my wedding). I was devastated, especially after the incredible work Ariel had done the year prior to get my skin looking its best. Now, it was in worse shape than ever before. When I returned to Park City for a visit, I reached out to Ariel, after months of trying to find solutions online and seeing multiple providers who couldn't fix the issue. Ariel was the only one who provided an immediate solution that actually worked. I had already tried several chemical peels and facials with other providers, but none of them made a difference. Ariel treated me with a specific chemical peel, even testing it on herself just a week before to ensure it was effective and suitable for my skin. In just four days, my skin improved SIGNIFICANTLY something I never thought possible after struggling with scarring and unsuccessful treatments for so long. I will 100% be seeing Ariel every year when I visit Park City. She is truly the best, and I'm so grateful she saved my skin just in time for my big day. Thanks again, Ariel!

DO NOT go to this practice if you have any needs that surpass your annual check. If you need to…read morespeak to Dr. Singer with follow up questions after your appointment, you will not be able to unless it goes through your insurance. That's absurd. I have never been a patient at a practice where I couldn't speak to my doctor without an appointment. I am also an RN with experience working at several prominent private practices in NYC and Houston, and I have never worked at a practice where the patients were prohibited from speaking to their doctor without an appointment. Instead, Dr. Singer will have you speak to her medical assistant, Diana, who has little to no medical knowledge and is both rude and condescending. As for my own experience, I had bloodwork drawn for both Dr. Singer and my dermatologist. A few of my labs came back abnormal from both sets of labs ordered. When I called to discuss the results with Dr. Singer the medical assistant stated that "Dr. Singer said everything is normal." When I questioned how that could be considering the lab itself is not within normal range, her answer was again, "Dr. Singer says it's normal." I asked if I could speak to Dr. Singer since the lab result itself reads that it's out of range so I don't understand how that could be normal. Again, she flatly said, "well, that's what Dr. Singer said. They are normal" and I would need to make an appointment if I want to discuss with Dr. Singer further. (Of note, my dermatologist was happy to discuss my labs over the phone, which took all of 10 minutes.) I reluctantly decided to make an appointment hoping to get answers and peace of mind. The day of my appointment, I discussed my labs with Dr. Singer and told her about the labs my dermatologist drew including which ones were out of range. She couldn't see them in her EMR system so she said she would have her office call over there to get them and follow up with me after reviewing. She stated she would either send me to have additional labs drawn at that time or she would make an appropriate referral to a specialist. Fast forward to the week after my appointment and I haven't heard anything from Dr. Singer. I called Dr. Singers office, left a message, and received a call back 2 days later from the medical assistant who tells me again my labs are normal. I question her--how could they be normal when I know there were labs out of normal range? She again tells me they were normal. I'm frustrated now because clearly she's either incompetent, careless, or ill informed and she arguing with me that the labs are normal. I come to find they never got my labs from my dermatologist, so she was telling me about the labs Dr. Singer had ordered. That's scary. What if I was not a medical professional myself and therefore did not know to question further? Most people would say, "oh great! Everything's normal," and leave it at that. I could have cancer. I could have an auto immune disease. And you just told me everything is normal. That is borderline malpractice. I also came to find that Dr. Singer neglected to include anything in her visit note about obtaining labs from my dermatologist even though she took the doctors name from me, we discussed which labs were out of range, and it was the ENTIRE reason for my visit. Sadly, I now know she wasn't even listening to me. After all this, STILL, I can't speak to Dr. Singer without a phone appointment that will go through my insurance. The whole purpose of last weeks visit was to establish the next step in my plan of care. Dr. Singer specifically stated SHE would follow up with me after reviewing the results from my other doctor and that SHE would "either order additional labs or refer" me to an appropriate specialist. In the end, it was a complete waste of time and money. I got absolutely no questions answered and I will now pay a new doctor before I pay Dr. Singer another penny for something I already paid her for. I just pray my next doctor has more compassion for their patients and isn't just hungry for another buck. After posting my full review on google, I got a prompt response from Dr. Singer stating, "happy to connect"--that's laughable. Been there, tried that, and was denied. Suddenly you're accessible? Yet to receive a phone call back.

I am not overweight by any means, have gotten third and fourth opinions by other doctors who are not concerned about my weight whatsoever. She rushed my appointment, didn't fully answer my questions, and was on a personal phone call. She pressured me to do a different type of birth control I didn't want, and I am still sore from my pap smear which was over a week ago. She applied too much pressure and it hurt, when I have never had a pap hurt, and I am at the young age of 22. Very displeased with her service. Front desk is great though.
