I wanted a full refund, she indicated that because delivery was attempted that she wouldn't refund delivery. I want a full refund. NO PRODUCT OR SERVICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED. She ruined Mother's Day for my bed bound mother. I'm happy to provide copies of the transriptions of communication and the door bell video showing the delivery driver asking for someone named "Beth" when the delivery was attempted.

Not Chandlers, I received exactly what I ordered. For the cost I am extremely satisfied and would use them again if I need flowers in New Mexico.
