At the start she had an extensive spreadsheet already set up. We started with an initial consultation where she asked me many questions about what we wanted for our wedding. She was great because I didn't know all the answers in the beginning and she left those items open for us to discuss at a later time. Lyndsey then set up weekly meetings with me to check in on progress. These were the most helpful to me because it kept everything on track and it broke down the event planning into easy, manageable steps. She would send me task lists weekly. She was also an excellent resource for finding vendors in the area. She found an excellent, cost-effective videographer for the wedding that worked out well. Lyndsey was very flexible. I could give her tasks to do or I would take tasks that I really wanted to do on my own. I think one of the best things is that because Lyndsey is so organized and flexible with changes it allowed me to focus on the creative part of planning the wedding, which is what I really wanted to do. She then made sure to set the timeline and keep things moving along. Perhaps the best part of my experience with Lyndsey was the days before and the day of the wedding. She arrived a couple of days before the wedding and helped to settle details, which allowed me to spend time with my family and friends. The day of the wedding was the best. Lyndsey enlisted the help of her husband and they took care of everything! They took care of paying everyone who needed to be paid. They made sure things stayed on schedule. As with any event, the best plans can sometimes not turn out, Lyndsey made it happen. For example, I learned weeks after the wedding that there was some miscommunication with the caterer about the time the event ended, even though I had clearly told her. I never knew about it the day of the event. Lyndsey took care of everything. I spent the day of our wedding so happy and so in the moment. I enjoyed every minute of that day. There is a funny story from our wedding. The best man, the DJ, and the priest were so impressed with how well organized everything was that they made comments during their homily, the best man's toast, and before one of our dances. That is a big compliment to Lyndsey and all her hard work to make the day go so well and be so memorable for my husband and I. We loved our wedding day!

She is knowledgeable, attentive, and above all communicative. I never felt as though I was on the 'back burner' or wasn't important enough to gain a speedy reply. Being someone who works with coordinating group travel not only for teachers but students as well it's not only my safety I'm concerned about but that of students. I had the pleasure of using Kay two years ago to help coordinate flights for a group of approx. 18 to go to the Galapagos as well as a group flying to Peru. Both went off splendidly and any time I had a question she was quick to answer. Last year the 'powers that be' provided a different travel agent that was simply, easily put, sub par, rude, awful, and waited until the last minute with various aspects of our travel. After going through that experience I was once again able to use Kay and her team. And for that I am absolutely grateful! Once again we had a group of 24 set off to the Galapagos, and ~18 to Argentina. She answered questions about visa's, passport requirements, and brought up a number of things I would not have known to ask. All our students, and faculty, arrived back to Seattle without a hitch and I owe that to Kay's expertise. I would not only trust her to put together my own personal travel, but I trust her enough to put students and faculty members in her very capable hands.

First I'd think with a group of 14 of which includes 2 infants and three children under 8. You would think Stellar would book a flight with reserved seating with this type of group. Second our itinerary frequently changed including flights and package sometimes resulting in price increases. Names were frequently misspelled taking numerous corrections. Kari notified my parents that transportation between a Disney resort and adult oriented result had not been included. The last minute notification resulted in a higher reservation fee. More money more commission. Be wary of this unstellar travel agencies. You'd be better off booking online!!! Shame on Stellar for duping our older generation!

This is the second time we've booked hotels and flights with them and we are thoroughly impressed!! Our first trip was to Las Vegas in December, and Sofia (the lovely, dedicated owner) managed to find a deal for the W in Vegas (a 5 star hotel) for three nights, a concert ticket, and flights to and back from Seattle for under a thousand dollars. Upon arrival, we were greeted with champagne and free appetizers because this was their opening weekend. Apparently, we had gotten a beautiful (new) suite with all the amenities and two coupons for cocktails as well. Not what we were expecting for $150 a night! It was a phenomenal trip, which could not have been possible without Sofia's help. We checked back later, and found that our room would have normally gone for $300 a night! Our second trip was to Cancun in January, and she managed to score another 5 star hotel (all-inclusive, with drinks) for five nights, flights, and two day tours for under two thousand dollars. We had a private beach, beautiful room, and amazing views--but no outrageous price tag! When you book with Go Travel, you eliminate the stress of traveling and just get to enjoy the experience. We simply told Sofia our budget, goals for the trip, and preferences for flight seating and hotel style. Within an hour we had our tickets booked, itinerary ready, and a list of useful suggestions on where to go/eat during our stay. She even sent us reminders, made sure everything was ready upon arrival, and checked in on us during the trip to make sure we had no concerns. We saved at least 50% on travel costs, and a priceless amount of time and energy in booking with her! Never booking without Go Travel again!! Thank you!!!
