Feeling overwhelmed, I reached out to Lexi, who in the past had planned a vacation for us in Italy (which was stunning). I was on the phone with Lexi within 24 hours, describing what we were looking for in a honeymoon and asking if her service would be a good fit for us. She was honest with us in what her service could provide, and we ended up giving her the keys to our honeymoon. It was perfect. Lexi was careful about respecting our budget, and with that in mind, gave us 3-4 realistic options for trips we could take. We settled on Anguilla -- an island I had literally never heard of -- with an extra stop in St. Martin, and it was everything we had asked for. Side note, if you enjoy beautiful beaches, wonderful people, relaxation and delicious food, go to Anguilla. The BEST part about working with Lexi is that the experience does not end when the planning is finished. Lexi was available to us throughout the trip, from packing and pre-departure, and then during the trip for things as simple as finding us the best rental cars, modifying our reservations while we relaxed at the beach, or finding the coolest little spots to explore. A final note on how helpful Lexi is - there was an unfortunate death in our family while we were on the honeymoon. Lexi was immediately available and helpful in evaluating our options and planning our return home. We went to Orcas Island, San Juan/Friday Harbor, and Walla Walla. The B&B at Orcas was exceptional - Otters Pond. The owner, a CIA chef, had the best breakfasts ever and the view from the B&B was spectacular. The B&B at Friday Harbor, Tucker House was perfectly located, and again the breakfast was delivered to our room and delicious. Their COVID protocol was exceptional. Our Walla Walla stay was at The Finch, downtown and walking distancing to all the wine bars and restaurants. Cara set up all the day trips - E Bike, Tesla Wine Taste, and the best one was the Bike and Sunset dinner in San Juan (see photo). We biked to Lime Kiln Point State Park and were served wine and dinner while watching the sun set. It was awesome. Everything was planned in great detail. I loved having the Trip Plans APP set up for everyday activity with locations and phone numbers. Cara was always there, checked up on us a couple of time. WE LOVED IT! We initially contacted this company asking if they could book our air, hotel and cruise, and let them know that our 1-year old would be traveling with us. Our primary concern was determining if a cruise would be appropriate for our 1-year old, and if so, could they help us choose the best vacation? (Seemed logical to us...we told them we wanted to spend the days playing in the pool, the evenings at the on-board entertainment, not have to plan where to get our meals, no cars to rent, etc.) All 3 of us made the trip out to their Woodinville office and met with Marybeth in person (a 3rd generation travel agent and literally incapable of making a mistake), who said that a cruise would be a wonderful vacation for our family, and recommended a specific Royal Caribbean cruise. She informed us that our 1-year old would be considered a full-priced passenger and be charged the standard "3rd person in a room" price. This seemed questionable to us, but Marybeth assured us that it was due to the fact that the ship had "extensive programming" created especially for his age group. Bonus, right? Marybeth helpfully suggested that many of her clients knew how to book their own airfare through an online site...would we like to do that as well? (Um, sure...) She also promised to look into hotels in the cruise departure city and get back to us (which she did...after I reminded her several times) so we could book a hotel online ourselves as well. We ended up doing our own research and choosing a wonderful hotel...not one of her recommendations. So, on to the cruise itself... Next to EVERY pool (including the kiddie pool with 4 inches of water) were signs posted stating "no un-pottytrained children allowed". What? Maybe Marybeth doesn't realize that 16-month olds are not pottytrained (yep, that's right, babies wear diapers), but there went her acknowledgement that we could spend our days playing in the pools. Well, at least there was the "extensive programming" designed especially for our child's age group, right? A 45 minute activity at 8am, a 30 minute bedtime story at 6pm, and...that was it. Definitely worth paying a full-priced fare for our little guy! Sure glad we booked through Marybeth, she knew exactly how to get our family the most out of our vacation! Our little guy LOVED climbing up and down the stairs, walking up and down the ramps in the cafe, and pointing at the pools that he wasn't allowed in. We would have had more fun vacationing in an office building. We spent a miserable week unable to enjoy any of the shipboard amenities that all 3 of us had paid full priced fares for. The ship staff said they had no idea why our agent booked us on the cruise, but suggested we go on a Disney cruise next time. Don't waste your time and money with Cruise Holidays of Woodinville!!!

He says repeatedly "you don't give a fuck/care about people. look at yourself fucking fat ass". I was horrified by this committed act of hatred & fatphobia. You sir are the one that doesn't care about people. You treat them with no respect & will face zero consequences. I have little faith you will change or not do something similar to someone else. This instance came with too much ease & honestly he is a frightening man and I'm scared for others that will cross his path. Dr. Han I believe collected my phone number for him to "apologize" but it's been a month & nothing. It's awful that while I have to recollect this moment everyday & am effected by it, he is able to entirely get away with it with no accountability or repercussion & will probably attack again. Dr. Han explicitly expressed concern to let him apologize face to face because she feared he would lash out again. This made me VERY concerned for the staff he works with, the people coming in to his work places, & people he may pass on the street. If I could give 0 stars I would.

If you are planning to go as a group, there are better and more professional establishments which are cheaper and/or same priced. The only saving point of this establishment is Mark (seaplane pilot) who made all the efforts to not only ensure that our experience on the air was great but also to redeem the Company. Overall, in the state where aviation is one of the major industries, there are better, more professional, and cost efficient companies and small businesses. Try them. They will have more respect and consideration for your experience. If you insist on booking from this establishment, exaggerate your weight to make sure that they cannot fly anyone with you.

At home, putting all the bags in one place, I estimated all our bags would likely not fit and I would have to order a separate Uber to our hotel in South Lake Union. Got on our flight and as soon as we landed at 7:30pm on a 5/25/24 (Memorial Weekend), I took phone off airplane mode and immediately got a text from our driver, Francisco. I told him he was very early because we had just landed. He reassured me, it was no problem and that he would be at our baggage claim carousel. We arrived and he stood out as he was very well dressed. I approached him and told him we have a lot of bags and I may need a separate ride. We then gathered all the bags and he asked, "Is this all of it?", then, "This is no problem?" And help us roll away a few bags and led us to the parking lot. We approached a large Cadillac Escalade. Francisco opened the trunk and methodically took each bag and placed it in the trunk. When I thought he couldn't place anymore, he continued on to put in the rolling carryons. Did some repositioning of bags and closed the trunk. I was amazed everything fit back there! Francisco was very friendly, approachable, and nonchalant. Put me at ease as I am an anxious type. He kept conversation with us the entire trip to the hotel, which took about 20-25 mins. He unloaded all our luggage and graciously offered to help us into the hotel. Although very nice, we had it all handled. It was a very nice gesture. Excellent service and I would definitely book again!
