Had my car detailed by this company today. I had a previous local detail company come out last week and the guy practically destroyed my headlights. The Detail Guy was able to correct (as much as possible) the damage. There are some deep scratches that will never come out but while there is still damage the headlights are clear enough again. They were completely clouded over from the person who came last week. They also did a nice wax on the exterior, spot cleaned the interior and also shampooed the mats. Can't evaluate his actual services because Tom jerked me around for several weeks before I had enough info to see he doesn't want the business of the hand washes he advertises on his website and initially texted that he would do with a two car minimum. That's fine but be HONEST and don't waste my time. Rework your website regarding the hand wash and don't reply to a new referral that you have a two car minimum for hand wash, leading the customer on that you are going to provide the service when it's not raining. Tom told me first time I texted that he had two car minimum for hand washes. No problem. It was going to rain so he said it'd have to be later. No problem. Finally we have chance for both cars to be home this week. Texted him this morning inquiring if he has openings Thursday. He said yes. Great! Then after I told him I recently had a full detail and just need hand washes this time, he says he doesn't have openings due to the upcoming rain. It's not supposed to rain til Sunday I'm not stupid, he's been giving me the runaround. How hard is it to just be honest? He should've been honest the first time that he doesn't desire to do the $40 x2 car minimum hand washes and remove from his website or make some statement about very limited availability. Anyways, just an FYI that people should only call him for full details. I guess Tom doesn't need the work bad enough for regular washings that then lead to a regular customer wanting periodic full details of three vehicles. Lessons for Tom: Don't waste people's time by giving them the runaround. Honesty please. read more

What a piece of work this guy is. If you have a older RV don't call this guy he won't detail it. I have a text message from him proving it. I had my 5th wheel resprayed and decals sprayed on 4 years ago and I wax it every month myself. All I asked was for a pro to detail it. WOW what a mistake that was. read more

Tremendous service deserves 5 stars. As a business owner, I always look for people who communicate and deliver on their services. Let me tell you that is tough to find, but Tom killed it. He picked up when I called, He answered my questions and scheduled my appointment. He called before the appointment to confirm and showed up right on time. He has a professional truck, all the supplies and even water, he just needs the vehicle. My car was a wreck before and when he was done it looked brand new. Tom and his team are the guy you should call if you need a wash and or detail. read more

Spent $125 for a clay bar wax and wash. Clay bar definitely improved the feel of my paint but when I went to get into my car the $125 was the biggest waste of money. You would think spending $125 on a clay wax and wash that they would armorall the inside of my car along with my leather seats. Nope they did not, reason why I know they did not was because there was a mark I purposely left on my seat to see if they would detail to my expectations. The inside of my cup holders were not wiped out. To say the least I would find another mobile auto detail company when it comes to cleaning and waxing my car. read more

Tom came out to detail our boat we bought. It's a used boat and needed some TLC inside and out. He was on time and was very nice. He did a great job making our boat look shiny again. He really brought it back to life. He and his helper were professional and cleaned everything up after. Even offered to help me put all my stuff back in the boat. I had a few bad experiences with details and haven't got one in years because of it. I have an older car (2012) and it was had a lot of god knows what in the nooks and crannies and staining on the tan plastic by the door bottoms that I could never get out just using the stuff from auto zone. I also would put a leather conditioner on the seats and but they never looked clean. Glad I used this guy! Very polite, even leant another professional at my house some tools lol. If you want a real detail go here..... forgot to get my headlight restored but sounds like a great service too! read more

Called The Detail Guy to come do my RV. They did a great job...washed the top and even dressed the tires. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

I am very detail oriented when it comes to my car and Tom went over and beyond my expectations. He detailed the outside of my 2002 white tundra and it looked like new.
