Upon reaching out, kat greeted me in a very professional manner and began speaking about the services that they offered. I then scheduled an appointment to have my car paint corrected and ceramic coated. They are super flexible in terms of time and day I work all the way in San Diego and they were able to meet with me even a day earlier than my original appointment to take delivery of the car. After I dropped off, there was no lack of communication issues on their end and they let me know when the car will be ready even after a slight scheduling mishap. Jeff does an amazing job and really takes his time and it shows in the quality of his work. I was met on a Sunday by Jared to pick up my car which most businesses like this are usually closed. July 7 2026 i went to this car wash and the belt broke while i was inside the car wash. They had me…read moreback out of the car wash over at least 9 rollers andthey were hard bumps going over them. I spoke to the manager in charge, she had me fill out an incident report which I did. She said someone from corporate would call me, because i did notice a separation on my rear right bumper and i wanted to get my alignment checked. She said to wait for the call, I never received a call from anyone and i submitted the incident report along with pictures. After numerous emails back and forth and me requesting a call, they never called. Stephaniewas the person I was dealing with and finally last night at 8:45pm August 19, 2026 she responded saying that no further action would be taken and the claim is closed. But after reading several other reviews from other clents seems like they dont take any responsibility from any damaged caused by them. Dont tell me that someone will call me and no one ever does. Thats not customer service. Looks like I'm going to find another company that does value their customers.

Confusion at Arrival: As soon as I hit the driveway, I was unsure if I was in the right place because the logos didn't match. It caused unnecessary confusion until I finally spotted a sign with the correct logo. 2. Malfunctioning Screen: Upon arriving, the screen didn't respond at all despite my repeated attempts to push the buttons. I even inserted my card, but nothing happened. I honked for assistance, but no one came out. 3. Help Button Issues: I pressed the help button, hoping for assistance, but still no one responded. Eventually, the screen flickered to life, but it barely worked. 4. Repetitive Membership Offers: During this frustrating transaction, I was offered the membership four times, which felt excessive and unnecessary. I had already made it clear that I wasn't interested. Ultimately, I will return to my usual Super Star Car Wash location because they excel in customer service and provide a much better experience.

Then l go to dump my little trash bucket. I see there's quite a few recyclables in there. I grab the recyclablesout of there real quick & throw them in my little trash bucket. Before l even set the bucket back in the truck. A man comes out to tell me I'm not allowed to get anything out of his trash cans. Which is fine really l would've gladly put the recyclables back in the trash. No biggie right. I just hate to see money being thrown away. With the cost of living going up so much, every little bit helps. However that's no longer an option. Instead I'm told l need to get off the property. Which l did right away. It's just crazy I've been going there for years & have always taken the recyclables out of the trash. I've never left a mess behind. Always cleaned up after myself. Then to be treated like I'm some kind of trash digging criminal. Was quite humiliating.
