Katia has created a little oasis for women to feel safe. Drop all of your baggage in the parking…read morelot. The first thing that you find is a garden with a bench. Next time, I'm coming early just to sit before my appointment. Katia gave me a tour before my appointment yesterday. It was grounding in the most natural way. It's only my third visit, but it's like visiting a family friend who confidently ushers you through an uncertain part of your life with peace and kindness. Katia speaks positively, she is affirming. Her space is calm. There is soft music, lively plants and warm blankets. My integrative medicine doctor referred me for a lymphatic drainage massage. Our first visit started with the menopause talk. Katia has physiology maps on her door where you discover the anatomy class that every girl needed. I thought that I was coming for massage. This is bodywork. BbIt's an experience. A few minutes later, I was in tears when she intuitively pushed energy from a place in my body that I didn't think anyone knew existed but me. Before I went into a panic, she whispered, "it's okay, you're safe". Katia is a healer. She watches your body. She observes. The places where you struggle, she helps your body find balance. If you get a little freaked out and ask what's going on, she will explain. It's not a quick fix but it's feeling like a peaceful journey with a kind guide. Your experience doesn't end after you get dressed. You take it in the world with you. There are pathways that have been unlocked where emotions come through like never before when I'm in a simple yoga pose where I'm thinking WTF was that? You will feel a good shift. It's not super serious. We laugh. Katia has me listening to menopause books on Audible. I'm now addicted to the most expensive, amazing marbleized ribeye jerky all because of her. I haven't seen Martha yet but I'm scheduling a colonics next time. I'll be sharing an update after my next appointment.

It is genuinely the most rewarding thing you can do for your body. I feel so good, I had forced my friends to go there and get it done as well the following day. This is probably the best therapy for your body. Highly recommend this to everyone and I also recommend Martha. She is very gentle and knowledgeable.

Gave me iPad to fill out questionnaire and consent forms(my first time here). I quickly filled out but I did not sign Hippa consent, cause it states I was acknowledging I received the HIPPA forms read and understood them. I went to window asked to see the forms, the girl said just sign I don't need to see them. I explained it's federal Act ( since 1996) establishing standards for patient right to their records and I want to read it, they should print it out and hand to patients if they want a digital signature. After 20 minutes they printed it. Next I found another issue on the program they use on iPad, it asks to sign accepting that the emergency contacts I entered Can Not request medical records. I explained to girl their that I elected for them to HAVE the right to request records. She said just sign when it uploads it changes it on my screen. I explained that's unprofessional and unacceptable to ask me to sign something that then anther system will change on its own. I asked to speak to office manager cause I know she did not write the program on the iPad but this needs to be addressed. She said they don't have office manager there at all. I asked who is in charge? She said No one.....whaaaat! I asked her to get nurse or doctor in charge today. She refused. She said if I don't sign everything then they will refuse services to me. Then she said bye have a nice day. After wasting almost 2 hours there left at 2:15pm. I suggest whoever is the owner here look to training staff to be better knowledgeable with respect to the field they work in and have a 3rd party programming company look at software you use for minor errors, this could have been avoidable. Now I have to take another day off next week probably to make another prescreen appointment elsewhere.
