There is no contact/support during the whole three month process except for scheduling weigh ins and appointments to take blood pressure (which they need to do to cover themselves) - I didn't have a lot of weight to lose so I was fine doing it completely on my own, but I could see where someone who struggles could easily have issues with that. Plus when I first started I did text my 'counselor' when I was having an issue - zero response. For $1400 you'd think someone would be reaching out at least weekly by email. Nope. But, when your three months is up and they want you to reorder they start texting! Not worth it.
