Spoke to the NP who informed me that since all I needed was a refill on my asthma rescue inhailer and an allergy medicine that no tele-health appointment is needed, and it would be called in the same day to CVS. I checked with CVS and nothing was called in. It's a month later-- I've been calling for weeks and all I get is a busy signal or the line rings and is disconnected. I received a text that I have an in office appointment this week, that I never scheduled. Can't get a hold of anyone to reschedule or tell them that the refills were never called in during August.
