The performance and accommodations were amazing. The staff really cared about their audience and went above and beyond. I took my mother in law for her birthday and I would plan something again in the future. The desert was a nice surprise.

Such a fun and original party time. The cast is so talented and imaginative. Food is also supersizing good.

Had a BLAST! Lots of interaction between cast and guests... so much so that you never know who it is. We'll be back!

This experience requires you to use your phone a lot, which is usually not what people are looking for if you're trying to bond as a group.

Update: Ok, so I came Back! I just wanna say ... I Still Love this Place. Last night's crew was a…read morebit lagging ...thou, 9/10/26 8pm Night Crew. 30 min. Wait on my hot dog + fries... I ordered right when the Movie, Began. I was late and so Glad 20 min. the Movie hasn't started yet. Rolling other film Previews. SCORE!I *does arm chug, lifts knee to an angle. *does it **again**. Experimented to try other Tingz on the Menu, + it wasn't (unfortunately) worth it for me, these items... Hot dog, truffle fries were battered more than I Hoped . It was Very expensive . So, you'll have to Choose what is Worth it for you, (items) on the menu. The croutons were just diced baguette pieces and not garlic, butter flavored. (Tears) When I pressed the button, to my in-house butler ;) .. the Server, took their Sweet time to come to me. Also, I ordered online, the gratuity tip was automated $8.00 which I don't feel was deserved. I did Love the Gentleman wishing me a 'Goodnight', in the end. It does make a Difference. Some were Busy Closing their end-of-the-Night tasks, Rather than making it a Guest experience. Other than that... I Still had a 10/10 TIME w the Movie I watched, and Overall Enjoyed myself, AGAIN! *Happy dance. The Audience was Great, Interactive, consisted of mostly women for this 'Chick Flick' + I felt we Experienced the movie Together~ everyone giggling at the same time, cringing, upset, in the same moments of the Film, etc. etc. . . Left w Smiles. Smiles All Around. . :) Millennials singing to 'Greatest Mistake', by Sheryl Crowl, waiting in the Ladies Room...(as it played in the Background + echoed throughout the Hallway walls, walking out of the Theatre. . .) Left with a feeling of Accomplishment + sense of Purpose of a Good Time Had. And, Hopeful for many, Many More ! ~~Let the GOOD TIMES, ROLL. 'Til Next Timee! Ciao* ***** The BEST. I Love coming Here!! Will be Bacck! I had an Awesome Experience!! + I Truly Enjoyed myself :) I had a Lot of Fun . I Saw the New Spiderman Movie. . . So Glad to have Spontaneously decided to go Here Friday Night. Side note: This Experience was Truly Meant to be & was Exactly what I Needed. And, I am So Thankful. The Stars were Aligned, Alligning.*****Again. Very Comfy Chairs, w/arm rests. .Felt like VIP, First Classs. You have a Server that comes to you with One Push of a Button ;) . You have your own Personal Butler. You can order Food w them or with QR Code. It depends but the Food came out like 10-15 min. (It was Longer for the Salmon.) They have a lil' Night Light on the Side and a lil' Table that swivels. You Kick Back + have your Feet Up on the Recliner, as the Back part Tilts to an Angle.... & There, you Relax the Night Away. Super Expensive Food ....but def Worth the Experience ... if you want to make it Special. :) Call me Boujee but it's Def. for those that Like to be Pampered. Fried Calamari is so Bombbb. It was Perfect in Every way. No Complaints. The Crunch is Sharp + Pierces your ears and those around you. You can tell they Perfectly drained it and let it sit out, as it was oil-free. And, the Parmesan Added a Richness to Tie it All Together. Last time I had the salmon, brussels and mash. (I could make this dish at Home-but it was my Birthday.) It was very Good. Brussels were thoroughly cooked... & easy to bite into, your teeth goes through the vegetables without Resistance. Everything on my plate was Soft + Tender. Note: The movie doesn't Start on the dot. They play a Few other films Prior (incase you're Running Late). *If you don't like your Seat, Any Seats Left Open AFTER the Movie Starts you can Steal. *When choosing your seat online, make sure that it's not Upfront near the Screen... like I Did. It gave me some Anxiety being that Close to the Screen. Luckily, my Butler (^o^) helped me, (which was so Awesome) Move to a Better Seat... which gave some distance & a Better view. *You can have Non-Alcoholic drinks *They do have Dessert. I Do Like it when they have Greeters, when you walk in. (There wasn't Any.) And, it felt a lil' Ghost Town w no Human Interaction, Out Front. I Do Like it when they check your Tickets, (Makes it more Professional. They didn't this Time + you were able to just walk in.) Having Employees Posted out Front makes it more Professional, Elite, Private and Structured. There was no white glove service, (this time) aside from my partially Attentive Server. Last Time, I was Greeted by the tenant at the Concession Stand. And, my ticket was checked. But, overall it is a Luxurious Experience. The Theatre Reminds me of: MTV Cribs where the Pop Stars had their own Movie Theatre in their Home. ;) So, Across the Front Entrance, is a Lounge area-Restaurant + Bar. I Hope to Check out Oneday, as it also has a Romantic view at Night, under the Stars, And, is very Pretty. It's So Cool + I'm Really Grateful we have something like this in San Diego, at Liberty Station. I'm Looking Forward to coming Back.

We raced to get to the theater on time carrying our plates of food and we got into the theater and it was not cleaned yet. We made an effort to clean our own seats and got comfortable and started eating. The staff showed up after the movie start time and kicked us out while they cleaned. No apologies. We picked up our plates and utensils and waited in the very hot hallway. They are trying to save money i guess by not running the AC for the entire theater. I'm pretty sure they turned the AC off in the restrooms too. This place used to be a great theater. We've been there a ton of times. They also set off the fire alarm today interrupting our late starting movie. They blamed it on a smoker but who knows. They made us all wait outside for maybe 20 minutes while they left the alarm going. I worker came outside and filmed us all waiting for them to reopen. Customer service comes second here. Not sure what happened to this place. It was considered a close Cinepolis for us but their stock is down with my family now. Oh and when we finally got back in side no special considerations were made, the movie had run past the spot it paused for us and they left the lights on in the theater for 10 minutes. Then they rewound the movie again and made us watch the same few minutes over again. Customer service is dead here.

I imagined these murder mystery dinners to be Sherlock Holmes-esque, dark and mysterious...but instead this was quite the opposite. We came here on a 80's theme 'Til death do us part' series and the setting was straight out of a cheesy, tacky 80's theme prom night and I loved every second of it. The actors are hilarious and quite talented as each would play more than one role. I laughed so much during the entire show. While I would have hated to be one of the chosen ones from the audience to participate in the show, it was really fun and funny to see audience participation. Everyone was a good sport about it and it made it that much more memorable. But, I'm so glad I was out of reach to be called upon. Service was great. Food was edible, but who's there for the food anyway. It was my birthday and they made sure to embarrass me by having everyone sing Happy Birthday to me. (thanks, guys - I hate you). The actors and actresses all put on a great show and allow you to take photos with them at the end. Overall, it was a really fun night and would definitely recommend it.

Food was good, had chicken, fish and pasta as options. Appetizers were provided before the start which included: veggie egg rolls/ dip, steak in a stick, cucumbers with cheese. Overall a great experience!

This was our second go around with The Dinner Detectives (Murder mystery dinner show)…read more Our first time was 2021 or 2022, I believe. And back then- majority of staff were wearing face masks. This location is in Downtown San Diego in the lower level of Courtyard by Marriott. Down below are old bank vaults, that we opened for guests to walk in a few years back- during intermission. This time, they were closed. And I was told by another family member- they're now utilized as meeting/ event space. But, next to vault and alcohol bar below- there are also telephone rooms. Wooden closets w/ a cushioned bench. The old public wooden telephones had a brass hand crank and a wooden ear piece. We had a group of ten both times we attended and unfortunately were not seated together. Although both experiences were Christmas gifts for all of us to hang out- we had a social hour upstairs at the pool table area. Which worked out because I had no idea our tables would be split, due to our group size. The appetizer menu is vegetables, hummus, and pita chips. Check out the website for dinner menu. The pre set Greek Salads at the tables were delicious! Vine ripe tomatoes, Persian cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olive & red wine vinaigrette to start off with. What I didn't appreciate (along with some guests assigned to our table also- is that the salad plates were quickly removed from us while we were still finishing up). Both times, we had the chicken. And this time, the chicken was DEFINITELY not the highlight. Most likely it was the frozen breasts w/ grill marks on them and just reheated. No flavor. Tough as heck. The accompanying herbed polenta, braised kale, and heirloom tomato relish was good. The actors are fast paced. Be suspicious of those at your table, people you meet in the lobby below as you're waiting to enter the dinner room. Be observant. Ears and eyes open. Make sure your phone is charged- since you can scan a few QR codes during this experience. Which are also the clues that will be posted to the Clue Board. Another cool thing, someone that's part of this dinner mystery may use an attendee's social media as props! Like, obtaining photos- which is hilarious- bc it's part of the dinner mystery! There are gratuity envelopes at the center of every table. Although it's optional, of course, the gesture is appreciative. Restrooms are located at the main lobby and below. Stairs and elevator access. Valet parking available.

On my last two visits within the same month, the AC was not working properly. During The Odyssey, I sat through nearly three hours as the theater continued to get warmer. With the humidity we've been experiencing in San Diego, it was extremely uncomfortable. The same issue occurred during a movie I saw three weeks earlier, and the visit before that as well. At this point, I'm not sure if the AC is actually broken or if Cinepolis is simply not prioritizing the repair. If you're planning to see a movie during these hot summer months, I'd recommend calling ahead to confirm the AC is working in your theater.
