I think the guy above got paid or was just so happy to get a card there period and let a slight good report go in. Here are the facts: when I asked when a doctor would be in back in 2012 they couldn't say, it seems a Rolodex style of whom ever doctor comes in also I was told the staff doesn't even know when there doctors will come in & what doctor. I really find that hard to believe and being told that It seems very unprofessional and I would be concerned if they really do care about the patience or honestly in the long run now I have to question if it's all about the money and are they listening and have a heart to their patience. my personal experience as of current the staff rudely hung up on me on purposely when asking and looking for these doctors, I honestly believe these doctor that sign your verification have no clue how there staff treat good paying patience when the are not around (as staff claims doctors have no schedule they come in & out as they please). If this is so legit why is it impossible to seek the truth , if your looking to get a card just to obtain pot than this is your place, But if your a serious patient in need of medicine and doctors whom themselves take themselves seriously along with an accountable staff that does their job besides the collect your money to just go in and out**** if you are truly sick and need your paper work this is not your place, (you will be another number with cash) it's sad when a patient goes to help themselves fights for the right for the medicine and medical marijuana card they need to obtain because their health is in such jeopardy that every key doctor BUT? the doctors that sign your verification would consider you a one time thing and making the worth of their own signature valued worthless down the line I believe these doctors should take more of an interested, I believe these doctors should be more valued, as long as staff like this place just have you in & out as long as you got the money "how is it possible for all & any of us to move forward in the fight for our right to our medical marijuana medicine.......this is MEDICINE PEOPLE!!! this might be happening else where but my experience is with this place. I want everyone to know I have paid for my Medical Marijuana card from the state of California public health dept. MMIP to help me fight for my own medical health & have made it clear to these doctors at the Recommendation Station in 2012, I was very articulate about any fees as my goal was to obtain one after my surgeries & healing in 2013 I asked back then would there be a charge for when they contacted them "I was told no" I am on a fixed income and now the greed has kicked in NOW by asking to charge for what I was told back then I wasn't going to be charged, they as of current are charging $35 . I don't have that money because of my health issues and other meds I have to pay out of my own pocket I can't afford to live day by day without and I want them to keep their promise to me in 2012. my 30 days of their signature to sign my document has 5 days less after this post lesser time. how much do they really care for me this one patient whom is truly sick and need all the help I can get to sign and return by fax back to the medical marijuana I.D program...I'm trying to be legit and advocate my fight for my health....30 days almost up with many phone calls and faxes to them as well as the MMIP even helping me still no answer from this place to both of us and in trying to get answers I was treated like dirt on the phone....that's how this patient (myself was treated...like I have no worth...I have to wonder who's at fault here the doctors or the staff either way the staff has done F-up job and they are the face of the place of the doctors I saw there. by posting this is not a bully tactics, I'm trying to get your attention over the FACTS. read more

I cannot recommend this place enough! I had cancer and now I am cured because of this doctors recommendation letter for marijuana. Paul was very friendly to me and helped me with all of my questions. He's very intelligent and he got me in and out in no time. Please come to this office if you want to save your life too. Marijuana is a miracle. I no longer need to take these terrible pills. Called to make an appointment but was not able to get through. I was called back and sent a text within a minute of them not being able to take my call. Walked right in with no wait (thank god) and got my renewal taken care of. Really nice employees working when I arrived and they were even willing to price match. I was skeptical because of the 'bait-and-switch' reviews concerning pricing. I mentioned the special deal at sign-in and they had no problem honoring it (but they ask you to keep conversations about price quiet, since those who didn't ask for the deal don't get it). I think the 'bait-and-switch' was just a problem with one employee, who has since been let go. My experience was great! Highly recommended. read more
