I have been mostly…read moresatisfied- the office is pretty accommodating and helpful- whenever I've needed a prescription or a referral, they are relatively diligent with helping and I've always been able to be seen at my convenience. They also have telehealth, which I appreciate and have utilized. The problem is their new location. The parking lot is really tiny and every time I've been there I have not been able to get a spot. This means I have to park along a very busy merrick rd, literally risking my life crossing the four lane road just to get there. I don't want to have to change providers, but the parking situation is really precarious and I don't see a solution. Also something that occurred at their new location that I didn't experience at their former office: the nurse sat four or five patients all in the same room and proceeded to take blood from us one at a time with all of the patients present- watching. Isn't that a little bizarre? Who wants to have blood drawn in front of other patients? Maybe it is just me, but that made me a little uneasy. I hope they have done away with that practice.

She has sold the practice to a couple who renamed it The Doctor's Office. They went very trendy with vitamin drips, facials and fillers among other things but Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, which was a specialty of Dr. Groh's is NOT a specialty of theirs. If that is what you are looking for look elsewhere. When I tore a tendon in my rotator cuff I was told to do exercises rather than get an MRI and get physical therapy from an orthopedic doctor, which is what I needed.

Reminds me of going to our family dr in the 60's & 70's.... Dr. Harry Abe in Wantagh. In fact.... I haven't found a dr that I liked as much... until I found DR Levitz. The office is located in the Chase Bank bldg on the north side of Merrick Rd. Suite 300. The office is definitely NOT fancy at all. Far from it. But.... She is amazing. Soo caring & very thorough . She'll call you after hrs & always seems to be available. She's not a prescription writer so if you're the type looking for pain pills...she's not the Dr for you. She's very "by the book" & always looking out for your entire well being... Physically, mentally etc. She also offers a vitamin IV treatment. I've done it a few times & I did feel healthier afterwards. I've turned a few friends onto Dr Levitz & they go several times a week for the IV treatments. All in all.... After years going from Doctor to Doctor with no results I was speaking to someone at Dr B Wells in Plainview and they recommended that I see Dr Belfiore. When I went to my appointment I waited less than 20 minutes which is not long at all, my second and third appointment there was less than a 10 minute wait. The staff are very nice and pleasant. Dr Belfiore is very nice, he explained things to me in a way that I could understand and even sketched on a notepad to give me a visual. What Doctor does that? None that I've ever gone to. He didn't rush our time together. He looked me straight in the eyes when he spoke to me. I have much respect for him even after reading these reviews. Nothing will change my mind about Dr Belfiore. I will continue to see him and recommend him. What sealed the deal for me was when he told me about the close professional relationship he has with another doctor that I really love and respect. They have the same work ethics and the same diagnosis and treatment approach.

After having a persistent cough since New Year's Eve, I finally decided to visit an Urgent Care…read more I called on January 9th to make sure they accepted my insurance. I spoke to Jenna who was pleasant and knowledgeable. She confirmed they took my insurance and gave me the hours of operation. She told me I could walk in or make an appointment online. After work, I headed there. Jenna greeted me, checked me in and gave me new patient paperwork. The medical assistant who took me into the exam room was friendly and efficient (I'm sorry I have forgotten her name!). When the doctor Paula arrived, the impeccable professional service continued. She listened to my symptoms, examined me and diagnosed me with a nasty sinus infection. Paula prescribed medication and sent the script to my pharmacy. It's now a week later and I am definitely feeling much better! When you're not feeling well the last thing you want is to deal with another headache. This experience was great, all things considering. I would not hesitate to visit again if I need urgent care services.
