For that alone, we'd give them another shot, even if the grooming hadn't been top notch...but it really WAS! His nails were so long this time that we figured we'd have to bring him back several times before they were back where they needed to be. They not only clipped them to the perfect length, but also filed them smooth. He smells wonderful and wasn't itchy like he has been after some other washes at other places. I highly recommend them for your fur babies. They do a great job!
