I can honestly say I I'm so thankful that I met her and she's been the only person I allow to do my eyebrows. Not only is her service outstanding but she actually cares about her clients, she takes her time to explain the procedure, what to expect and goes though every detail to the T. She is extremely fast at answering questions and keeping up with her clients to insure the most amazing satisfaction. God bless your hands and your business you are such an inspiration to many women. well....unfortunately...my beautiful eyebrows lasted less than 4 months. When I called for what I thought should be a touch up due to the short duration, I was told it would be the same cost as the initial "permanent" eyebrows. Sorry...no way this should need ti be done 3x a year. The product doesn't last as it should. Very disappointing. read more

Wish I would've read the other reviews on other sites before I set up an appointment here to be honest. The manager Elizabeth was no help to me whatsoever and I was extremely upset about the way she handled things. She could of cared less about my horrible experience and was making it seem like she was doing me a favor for apologizing for her screw up. Never going back. Don't even want to give this place 1 star but I had no other option. Was looking forward to getting this procedure done and now I am scarred for life. Will never be coming back. read more

Elizabeth is such a talented and sweet eyebrow expert! I've gotten eyebrow embroidery or microblading done before, and Elizabeth is one of the best at her craft. Three weeks ago I had my first touch up after the main procedure. I'm so happy with the results & my brows look natural. There were patches missing and thinning on the inner brows in between nose. Please take care of your brows per instructions before and after. I bought a 50 spf for babies sunscreen stick and just like with chapstick I use on my brows when working in yard it's white and reflects rays. There are invisible high spf products please use them, don't expect them to take care of themselves that's the best advice I can give. She loves her work and is a perfectionist, don't be afraid to let her know what you want, I told her I wanted the missing brow part darker (not in those words) and she added more ink, she will accommodate. The left pic I had several stitches and the brow would not grow, look at them now! Btw I haven't cleaned them up but I did buy an eyebrow razor I'm not real fluffy but she recommended and I'm going to do tomorrow. read more
