During busy times the line does get way backed up into the road which is a safety issue and annoying. I even go out of my way and pay higher prices to come to this location instead of Bellefontaine. Speedy service always, with minimal mix ups. I've been here countless times and have only had my order messed up once and the girl who did the mix up was incredibly apologetic and fessed up as soon as I got there. I've worked in fast food so I was 100% understanding when it happened because it can be easily done.
