It is a walk up window no indoor seating area. I came later in the day on the weekend (opened later) and they had limit donuts left. But still great picks! You could really taste the fruity flavor. I tried to go back a few days later for a maple donut around 11 and they were already sold out of them already. So come early ! Great donuts though. I will keep coming back. While I cannot comment on the ordering process, as I was not the one who picked up this box of donuts, I can comment on the product. These donuts were incredible! They tasted so much better than any chain donut shop you can think of. If you need a treat as you pass by on 33, give this place a try! Simply put, the donuts are really good! I got a half dozen for $8.00 and was very pleased with the cream filled Maple Long Johns. Their cake donuts were equally as good; I had the strawberry and blueberry varieties, and they made me want to try more flavors. My only disappointment is that they had sold out of the maple bacon donut that I wanted, but such is life for donut places on a Saturday. But if I'm ever near Indian Lake again, I'm going back for that donut... and ice cream which they also sell. read more

Such a fun place to roll up on your boat to. There are docks conveniently right across the street from the shop so you can boat to get your donuts. Their donuts are so moist and fresh. Lots of flavors / types to choose from. My only complaint is (like someone mentioned before me) there is little signage. You have to just kind of point at the case through an extremely bright window. You can't tell what anything is. I ended up just telling the woman to give me an assortment because I felt like I was holding up the line. I think it would be beneficial for them to make a menu for the day so people can order more quickly and efficiently. read more

Stayed at a ABB this weekend. We had to have a local donut and this place did not disappoint. It's a small building on the inside. I believe it would be bigger with the outside when the weather finally breaks. We really enjoyed the Buckeyes, blueberry and vanilla sprinkles. An hour wait today for donuts. It's a shame that the owner does such a great job making donuts and such a poor job on marketing and customer service. Since sitting at the dollar store just up the street I have seen 3 cars in the last 10 min. pull in and out of the lot because line is so long and they only have 2 people serving. Good donuts and ice cream but the whole set-up is horrible. You walk up, wait in line, then get up to one of two service windows where your order is taken. Sounds simple enough, right? But when you're getting donuts, you check out what they have and then point out what you want. Here, there's just a smallish window that's hard to see in (brighter outside than inside) on either side of the service windows. You can only see the donuts on your side; the opposite side is blocked by the customer next to you. Also, there are a bunch of handwritten menu items and signs that you can't see until you're being helped at the window, so you either miss out or hold up the line changing your order. The poor design is costing the owner lots of sales. We would have ordered much differently if we knew all our options before being helped and we can't be the only ones. read more
