I'm not a member so I kept walking but my boss is and he stopped... Angela was the nicest, most patient person in the world with my boss! My boss has it but never uses the app....She Explained everyone ything, helped him to login onto the app, the entire "training session" didn't last long and by the end... Check out lines are long and they still push the Belk card which makes a longer transaction time. Carpet is filthy. AC is not working well- so it's sticky inside. Bathroom often dirty and in disrepair. It was once a bright fresh store and a fun place to shop. Now it's depressing.
