Problem is that I feel like their knowledge of the various e-juice flavours is lacking. I cane in asking for an e-liquid similar in flavor to the Virginia Tobacco Juul pod but with more nicotine. I further described what I was looking for as a harsh, heavy, cigar or pipe tobacco flavour. The sales associate told me I should try one called "Salty Tobacco". I figured since it was tobacco flavored it could not be that sweet, but my god, when I finally vaped some it was so sweet it made me want to gag. The flavor was more like an ultrasweet liqueur like SoCo or Jagermeister than tobacco. Bottle is sitting in my office garbage can now because that's how awful I thought the taste was. Maybe I'm being a little unreasonable here; Perhaps to expect the "juicetenders" to know what every flavour tastes like is a bit unfair. also the employee did give me a whiff of this stuff, unfortunately I have allergies and my nose isn't really working at optimal condition right now. I did say it smelled good though just to be polite. I should have been all honest and said that my sense of smell was out-of-commission for the time being.

It started malfunctioning. I went to the store and they told me to contact the manufacturer. Fair enough. I do just that, however, clear as day on the manufacturer's site it says that the retailer is responsible for exchanges within the first 6 months when outside the US. So why did they not know that? I would learn it was because they would try desperately to not honour that. I went to say that I was informed to return it to them, and they again said no, I had to contact the manufcaturer again and get a ticket number. However, all of this was conveyed from some twit in the backroom send another gentleman back and front like a well trained puppy. It was all I could do not to laugh which was perfectly balanced with my disgust at how I was being treated. At that point I said thank, but no thanks and walked out the door. I discovered this place completely by accident, as I typed in "vape shop" into Google Maps and was…read moregiven this location instead of the usual place I stop into on the way to Whitby. But much to my delight, it's become my favourite vape shop in Durham. They have a HUGE selection of e-juices, with sales going on all the time. It doesn't always mesh with my favourite flavours, but the prices are so affordable that it really doesn't matter. And they customize the nic levels in the e-juices so you can get exactly what you want. Plus, the staff remember faces and greet you the next time you come in, but in that chill, laidback way where you feel part of things without it ever being too nosy. Only downsides: -coils are expensive :( -the tester e-juices are a) not always available to try out, and b) come in cheap little pens so there's hardly any flavour to suck on. But thank you to the guys for getting me on London Fog's Vanilla Bean Ice Cream - sooo good!
