Shopping on a under $100 budget for a small vaporizer for dry herb product; Mike showed me the range, explained features, value etc etc. To answer some questions he wasn't sure of, he dialled in YouTube/Manufacturer videos... The selection is good enough for my interests and patience. I got one for a friend, a long time weed guy, and he's happy with it. Asked Mike questions about the nicotine vaping game, the whats-it-like-to-vape-instead-of-smoking story... which I know nothing about... They had an ad a little while back on their site advertising 30ml E-juice for $12.50 each (which they usually sell for $20+). It was a crappy rainy evening but since I ran out and it was the closest place, I headed over to get some. When I got there, I told the guy at the counter that I wanted to get a bottle of the E-juice for $12.50. He told me that I have to get 2 bottles to get that price. I told him that the website did not mention anything about having to buy 2 bottles. He said that I might have missed it but it should mention this on the site. I thought, ok maybe I did miss it and left the store. However, before pulling out of the lot, I checked the site on my phone and found no mention again. So, I went back and showed him the site on my phone thinking that now he will surely honor the price since it is what the website shows. To my surprise, he said 'Sorry, I can't do it. We've been told that we have to sell them as pairs for $25'. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there was not one available. I asked once again if he would honor what the company's website states and he said no. Out of principle, I refused to purchase 2 bottles and left. But this is not my first issue with this business. Trying to reach them on the phone is impossible. Their VM says something along the lines of 'we are busy with other customers' and you can never get through to any of their stores. In addition, I bought a vaporizer from them last year. It was one of the larger kits. The guy at the counter stated that it should last for a year. It lasted for 3 months. Anyways, I won't be going back there anymore. I've actually found a far cheaper place to buy E-juice, Merchants Market (several vendors) at Warden/Eglinton. But they are only open on the weekends. read more

I bought my first vape here a week ago. The employee serving me was very helpful, I came in about 30 minutes before closing and he gave me all the time I needed to before I made my purchase, well beyond closing time (sorry!). He was very knowledgable about the the products he was selling, making his suggestions for me (I knew very little) based on my needs from what I told him I wanted, and he changed his mind a few times on what he thought I should get based on what I told him. Had me try almost all the e-liquid flavours they had at the time. Set up my new rig for me and taught me how it all worked. Very helpful experience, didn't feel rushed at all and came away happy with what I bought, and got a good deal. Check this place out! read more
