I am not happy with the way he conducts business nor the fact that he is not a man of his word to finish a job he agreed to. If he thought it was too much work and too big a job, all he had to do was originally deny the job. Instead, we were led on to believe he was going to complete it for us and 2 days later, left incredibly upset by his lack of completion. The original timeline given for our project was 2 days. That 2 days turned into 4 days, which we were okay with due to circumstances regarding COVID. Those 4 days then turned into a 'few weeks' scenario which was ultimately unacceptable. Even after he tried 'cutting corners' on our job by not wanting to complete every item on the original list of needs, we agreed to his way and it ultimately led to him cancelling the job. As previously stated, he will NEVER touch another piece of my plumbing or electrical nor receive a recommendation from us. We are highly disappointed in him after we hired him based on a good review from my husband's family.
