So far, I cannot complain much. But…read more.. It's got a wide array of suits, shirts and so on, but there are definite imperfections. For instance, I needed a formal black tie suit and a casual jacket outfit for a gala in July. The employee Javi was personable and knowledgeable, helping me put together colors, textures, et. al. And yet, a place of this obvious capability did not have a black shirt in my size. I only wear 17.5 by 34. A black shirt. This was a shirt I promptly and effortlessly purchased at Brooks Brothers later on. But Jos couldn't handle it? A simple black shirt? And then, they had to order a white shirt for me because they didn't have one of those either. A simple white shirt? Seriously? That's embarrassing. I am presently waiting a couple weeks for all alterations (some of which they were late with) and that one shirt to come in. Overall, it was a fine experience, leaving me with a great ensemble, but when they show their shortcomings, those shortcomings do shine. A.

I stood waiting for assistance and was completely overlooked while employees talked among themselves. For a store that's supposed to specialize in professional clothing, the service was anything but professional. Definitely disappointing and not worth returning. The African American gentleman working there is a dick who just openly ignores you and pawns his work off onto other employees. Won't be returning

If you're looking for a place to overcharge you for wet laundry, refuse to provide a full refund,…read moreand leave a young college student feeling taken advantage of, then this is the place for you. My college student recently had her washing machine break, leaving her with a load of wet clothing that urgently needed to be washed and dried. She took the laundry to Tide Cleaners Seaboard Station for their wash-and-fold service, trusting that her clothes would be handled properly. She understood that the service was $3.19 per pound and was prepared to pay the appropriate amount. When she went to pick up her laundry, she was shocked to discover a bill of nearly $175 for just one bin of clothing. We later learned that this location had charged her based on the weight of the laundry while it was still wet, rather than weighing the clothing dry. Because the laundry was saturated, the weight was significantly higher than it should have been. This was essentially all the money she had available, and she was understandably distraught. I advised her to return to the store and ask that the laundry be weighed dry. According to the weight on their own scale, at the advertised rate of $3.19 per pound, she had been overcharged by approximately $110. After multiple conversations and emails with the manager, Matt, and the owner, Tim, a partial refund was eventually issued. However, we were still overcharged nearly $60. What was even more disappointing was how the situation was handled. During one of my conversations with Matt, he rudely told me that she should have gone to a laundromat. I found this response completely unprofessional and inappropriate, particularly given that she was a young college student who had experienced an unexpected problem and was simply trying to get her laundry taken care of. He nearly hung up on me and has not responded to subsequent emails, even after the owner, Tim, responded and referred me back to Matt. The issue here is not simply the money. It is the lack of transparency, fairness, and willingness to take responsibility when an obvious problem was brought to their attention. Tide Cleaners Seaboard Station had an opportunity to make this right and chose not to fully do so. We will never use this location again. I'm sharing this experience in the hope that other customers -- especially students who may be dealing with an unexpected situation -- understand exactly how the charges may be handled and don't find themselves in the same position

Do not come here for your formal wear needs. The staff, except for Sterling, was rude. I'm not sure…read moreif they are trained to try to not get business? All three of the men who got tuxes for my wedding had one of the items that simply could not be worn due to inappropriate sizing. The groom's pants had a hole in them. There were issues with making a "group" for our order. Such as, not being offered to make a group at the first visit, and then all subsequent visits being talked down to because we didn't make a group. Which we would have loved to do, had we known. I reccomend if a problem like that arises in the future, don't make your customer, who had no idea that a "group" needed to be made, feel bad or let them in on how much of a hassle it is that you have to do a few extra clicks on the computer. When you run into an issue, and all the customer wants to do is make a purchase in your place of business, move along and stop being so whiny. The bad service would have been tolerable, if the orders had been appropriately fitted and not come in later than we were told. When the orders came in late, it made it difficult to try to reorder the pieces that were wrong. Which by the way, staff was also rude to us about. I've heard good things about other formal wear places. The father of the bride had a great experience at a local formal wear shop, he said "the man that helped me was so nice". When your nice, people will love to spend money at your business. The bride and groom however, feel robbed after the experience here.
