Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and taken to a private room to get the IV - I got the one for cold/ flu symptoms with toradol for body ache and zofran for nausea. It was nice to be able to relax and sit in a private room compared to many others where you have to sit along side many others. I'd definitely go again without hesitation if needed. You get a nice massage chair and can turn lights off if needed.

Nalani took me into a private area and asked me what my goals were and what my problems were. She took her time explaining everything to me, as to why I felt tired and what she recommended may help with my symptoms. She did the same with my husband, we then started our IV treatments. The RN that did our IV's did a great job. As someone who also poked people for living, I'm a hard critic, but she did awesome. We had our kids with us, and we felt our kids were welcome also. Nalani and the staff brought us extra chairs in a private room of the spa with a TV while my husband and I sat on massage heated seats and our kids sat, watched tv, and ate snacks they got from the staff. After our treatments, we both felt great! It's been a week already and I am still feeling very focused and energetic. I was able to sign up for a membership for monthly treatments. I can't wait to see how much of a difference this makes! The spa was clean, well sanitized, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Glad we came by!
