In the relaxing services she really pampers you. Her skincare regimen for me has made a huge difference. Definitely buy the post care products she suggests. I've done it with and without, and now I follow her instructions completely. She has also done BBL on my old, weathered hands. Still need a few more treatments but they are looking better. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. IF YOU PREPAY, YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN. I prepaid like $1,200 for treatment during some sale they were having in Aug/ Sept at their West Loop, Chicago location. Then, they SUDDENLY CLOSED their Chicago locations and texted clients that out of nowhere with zero noticed their Chicago locations are closing and to call corporate to get a refund for any treatment that was prepaid for. I have been emailing and calling for the past 5-6 months and they stopped replying to my emails. When I call their corporate number, the call gets transferred to their Texas location and the people who answer there keep telling me that my refund is going to come. Last time I called they told me they moved me to the top of their list of client's refund cases their manager is working on, who at the time was conveniently away on PTO. They had someone text me saying that corporate would reach out to me within a week and I would see my refund in 7-10 business days. Never heard from corporate and never got a refund. They've made all kinds of promises to me that sound genuine on the phone, but it seems they were definitely trying to just get me off the phone and off their backs. I am definitely starting to think this entire thing was some sort of scam and that they have ZERO plans of returning anybody's money. DO NOT go to this place if you are considering med spa treatment. The only feedback I ever got was them continuously trying to pressure me to come BACK in and let them do more to my face. When a company won't even refund money paid for a botched procedure and then respond with some level of concern or commitment to correcting the issue---- WHY WOULD I EVER GO BACK? as someone in healthcare the very least should have been an immediate response with reassurance there would be an in-depth evaluation into the education and training of staff. If they had refunded my money and offered at that point to do a free consultation or follow up I likely would have been back. I know one owner can't control everything. But the fact that the only response was for me to come in so they could see "what corrective measures could be done" is ludicrous. Word of mouth travels fast and the effort to retain the small amount that one session is instead of doing the right thing and not only refunding the money paid but then following up with some concern.....is really disappointing to say the least. I'd love to write about my experience here, but it's a secret. Kidding. I took advantage of their online special and decided to treat myself. I went in for a consult, discussed different options and went for what I thought would freshen up my look. They did such a great job on my quick lip and naso-labial filler and it took less than an hour from start to finish. I was even able to go out that evening (to a dark bar) since there was just minimal swelling. It's been a few weeks and I am so pleased with the results. My face isn't the easiest to deal with either...I have very uneven brows that she balances with Botox and an extremely tight jaw that I asked her to help with. I have had my lips done a couple of times. This was my first time ever going to Its a secret in Plano. Nightmare at its best here. I hade lip fillers done on Sat. It's Monday night and my lower lip is still completely numb. I have a drs appt tomorrow with my GP to see if there was any permanent damage. I am so freaked out I have never had this happen. When I called and asked what to do the girl on the phone told me all they could do it show me before and after photos when clearly I already have some. The only change was when they were swollen. I have been getting botox and dysport for just over 2 years now and primarily at "It's a Secret".My first experience was in Dallas, then started going to Plano when they recently opened and no I just tried Frisco for my first time and their grand opening special. My scheduling experience was great, very professional and I was able to get in within a couple days. However, my botox experience with Meghan was awful. It was for the first time ever painful, I bleed in several spots which went on to bruise for days. I've had minimal bleeding once before and a tiny bruise that quickly went away but never had the pain I did on this visit. She was very nice and apologetic. She advised me on was to help with the bruising and provided a ice pack for the time being. Four days later I still have pain and very noticeable bruising that concealer cannot hide. I will consider going back to "It's a Secret" but not to this location and not this person. read more

I went in for a laser treatment with the halo. The price was $375 fir face and neck. $50 more to have the chest done I told her I didn't think anything would help my chest to do my neck. When she finished I told her she hadn't done my neck. She insisted she did. As I see today the day after it has not been done. In some ways I feel it could've gone better even though it was my first time. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly. The main reason for the three stars is the injector Brook. She seemed to be put off and very rude. She definitely did not make a first time having Botox client feel welcome at all. When I asked her if it hurt she told me no. I really wish she would've use numbing cream. She told me "we never use numbing cream on Botox clients" even though I told her I have a very sensitive face. I recommend for all sensitive faces use numbing cream. Also go to a different injector. She really didn't have too many recommendations that I should do. If I was the business owner I definitely wouldn't want my employee to upsell anything to new clients. Or at least recommend other products etc. read more

Rude and immature front desk clerk to say the least. I cancelled due to the weather. I am disabled and can not walk and I rely on a scooter for transportation. When I informed the front desk receptionist that i can not have my scooter or myself out in the heavy rain and i would have to cancel...she constantly reminded me of the cancellation fee???? Which part of my situation did she not comprehend?? Instead of being understanding and rescheduling me, she made me feel like my disability was not her problem, and reminded me that i "confirmed" my appointment the day before.
