Upon entrance of the Spa, I was greeted immediately. The girls at the counter made me feel very welcomed. It was my first time visiting a spa like this and I came with lots of questions. I knew I came on a busy day, as it happened to be their 1st year anniversary, but I was attended to right away. Nalani took me into a private area and asked me what my goals were and what my problems were. She took her time explaining everything to me, as to why I felt tired and what she recommended may help with my symptoms. She did the same with my husband, we then started our IV treatments. The RN that did our IV's did a great job. As someone who also poked people for living, I'm a hard critic, but she did awesome. We had our kids with us, and we felt our kids were welcome also. Nalani and the staff brought us extra chairs in a private room of the spa with a TV while my husband and I sat on massage heated seats and our kids sat, watched tv, and ate snacks they got from the staff. After our treatments, we both felt great! It's been a week already and I am still feeling very focused and energetic. I was able to sign up for a membership for monthly treatments. I can't wait to see how much of a difference this makes! The spa was clean, well sanitized, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Glad we came by! read more

I've been coming to LIVE Hydration for a little over a yr now and I always recommend this place to anyone needing to have a good wellness day. The entire staff is so friendly and you truly feel like a long time friend here. Everyone is always so welcoming and happy to see you, it's hard to leave! I originally started coming here because I got heat exhaustion in the summer and needed IV therapy, but have stayed a member because you really do notice a difference in your health. If IV isn't your thing, I highly suggest you at least try the hyperbaric oxygen tank and a foot bath detox. It will have you sleeping like a baby for days to come! It's definitely worth the price and you feel the results almost instantly! I could go on and on about this place but this review is already too lol. Recently visited this wellness place while in Texas and it was such a great find. Booking was convenient, either online or over the phone. Really nice people, felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in No waiting was a big plus, and the little touches, like drinks and snacks, made me feel right at home. The staff was friendly and attentive, I was a little nervous walking in but they made sure my experience was comfortable and personal The IV therapy was EXACTLY what I needed to recharge. The mood itself was relaxing with soft music and soothing scents. They also offer other wellness treatments that I'm looking to try next time. I went to Live Hydration Spa in Frisco for the first time. I told the staff that I have some numbness in my toes and Nalani suggested their detox foot therapy. I put my feet in some warm water and they sprinkled a little salt in the water. It was very relaxing and soothing. Then the water started changing color. They have a Detox Foot Color Guide showing the different colors and if it is bubbling and what part of your body the toxins are coming from. When I was done and to my surprise the numbness was gone! My feet felt really good! Nalani explained to me that having this detox foot therapy on a regular basis will help the circulation in my feet and I will have less numbness in my feet. I am sold! Don't really leave reviews but felt it was worth mentioning. Stopped over in Frisco to visit to visit a friend after a weeklong conference in Dallas and just felt beat up. My friend recommended this spot for some liquid pick me up and to get some quick nutrients back into my system. Staff members were very friendly, patiently explained the treatments available, and helped tailor the treatment to my needs. Atmosphere was very relax and chill. Left feeling really refreshed, as if I left a weeks worth of built-up garbage back at the spa. Would definitely stop back after a heavy week to detox. Thanks! read more

I just love this place of health and beauty!!! Felt pampered all the time from Easy booking online or just by calling them directly to book whenever I decide to go, even at my last minute. Fast service, usually no waiting. They offer drinks, snacks, and anything to make me comfortable. The staff are super friendly, professional and nice , they make it seem like they have known you for a long time and make you feel like family. Super relaxing and serene environment. The relaxation music going and aroma therapy is much recommended. And ooh, their main product treatment- IV therapy is a superb service and has added extra boost of health, energy and beauty for me.. I was so excited to for this place to open right in my neighborhood! I've been really looking into the health benefits of IV therapy + NAD. The staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly!! Nalani educated me about their IV+NAD treatment program and it was definitely what I was looking for. The spa was spacious, clean, and cute with all of your hydration needs. I could tell they use top notch quality products. It was my first time trying anything like this. Nalani, who owns the spa helped me with the oxygen therapy. She was nice, personable, knowledgeable and helpful when teaching me about the different services and what I needed. I told her I was stressed out so I did the oxygen therapy and picked the eucalyptus scent. They had other scent, such as lavender and berries (you can mix them too!) I felt relaxed and calm laying there in the comfortable chair with the soothing music that they played. It was a great experience and helped clear my mind. It was my first time trying IV therapy and I'm so glad that I did at LIVE Hydration in Frisco! Nalani, the owner, and staff were very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. The spa was spacious and clean, and they also have a separate zen room in case you have a headache or want some privacy. Nalani made a few suggestions of the different services that they offer, and Penny (RN), who administered my IV and shot made me feel comfortable, explaining every step since this was all new to me. I got the fast IV (only takes about 5 mins!), Vitamin D shot, and leg compression for 30 minutes. I left the spa feeling relaxed, refreshed, and energized. It's been five days since, and I've noticed an increase in focus, energy, and clarity at work and even at home with 3 little ones. Overall, I feel better than ever and I can't wait to try the Pizazz IV and other services on my next visits! 100% recommended! read more
