I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to warrant one. I arrived at this location before 6 PM. Yelp clearly states they close at 6:30 PM. From the moment I walked in, it was obvious the staff didn't want to stay past their shift. The woman helping me even mentioned the owner doesn't pay overtime--which isn't something a customer should ever hear. While she checked out other customers, she kept delaying my process. After 20 minutes, I learned she couldn't even work the system properly to complete my order. As a first-time customer visiting from out of town, this left a very poor impression. If you're looking for vitamins or supplements to help you feel better, I'd suggest trying another place. There are plenty of businesses that value their customers and their time. read more

As a local who shops at Mother's Market and Albertsons, i was pleased to see The Dripbar was not only open, but they accepted walk-ins. That in itself was a huge plus in my schedule. Piper at the front desk had welcomed me warmly, offered me a seltzer water (nice touch), and answered my questions about the various IV's and services. I asked if they had new patient specials and they did, $25/off, so I went with it. I was introduced to Kajol, RN who administered my IV. She set up a virtual consultation with a Physician Assistant who gave me clearance to proceed. Kajol was very gentle and talked me through the process, 45 minutes later we were done. I went with "The Time Machine" and added on Glutathione. The description says this IV drip gently pulls out lead and other toxic, heavy metals while flooding the body with vitamins and nutraceuticals that support, healthy arteries, healthy skin, healthy organs, and healthy brain. Sounded perfect to me. Note: There's 17 IV Drips to choose from. Read and ask questions to see which will benefit you best. I posted their menu. Office is super clean, keep in mind it's a new business so there's going to be some quirks that need to be fixed. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and signed up for the monthly IV membership. So happy an IV Bar had opened so close to my house. It's a game changer whenever I am sick to get an IV boost to help my body recover quickly. On my visit I got the post viral IV and since it was late afternoon and I wanted to still be able to sleep off whatever was ailing me I opted to omit the B12 from the IV. First off, everyone who helped me was very nice and curtious to me. The establishment was clean and very tightly inside as well. However, I've been to other businesses to rehydrate, and they were a lot more efficient. Usually, it takes about 45 minutes or so for the whole process. This place took over 2 hours, and they weren't that busy. The nurse who took care of me "inserted the needle" was very nice, but it she seemed a little unsure of herself as to where she was going to stick me. Most places already have an agenda and know where they're going to stick you. And she didn't. Now I know this place is new, and the price is awesome, basically 50% off the normal price, which is way cool. But I think they should hold training before or after work hours. Having someone watch over the nurse while she's inserting the needle probably made the nurse a little nervous. Everyone did a fine job. They just need to work out the kinks and be more efficient time wise! I'll be back in a few months to update my review. And hopefully, they'll be running like a well-oiled machine. read more
