Not for first timers. Most uncomfortable experience I had. I never write bad reviews, but I'm saving someone from wasting their money. I don't get why they have good reviews, maybe they pay the clients for them. I had Desiree (the mom and owner) for a colonic. She made me feel very unwanted there. I had to ask questions for her to get off her phone. 99% of the time she was on her phone, felt like I was discriminated. She had her phone so close to my private parts that I felt like leaving. She left me with no instructions, no post- care, and she rudely took the tablet from me when I was paying. She bad mouthed about client that she put in the red light room, which I find very unprofessional. She didn't do much help because after a fourth "flush" she turned off the machine, after she advised that after a 6th flush, usually people see some results. Has nothing to do with Healing Waters Wellness but unsure where to write this. In fact I have never used their services because I live so far. I did go to their wellness pop up by Pro Athlete USA Compounding Doctors because I've been interested in purchasing peptides and had no idea where to buy from any reputable sites. I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to speak to someone in person and get my questions answered. Maybe it was unintentional but it didn't seem like they really cared to speak to me or take the time to give me information although they did seem extremely friendly, chatty, and spent a lot of time with other customers there. I drive all the way from LA to come to this place for Colonics. All the girls know what they're doing, down to earth, and its nice to talk all things, Holistic and detoxing. I usually go with Desiree just because we vibe but I've had a session with all her therapists there and every girl is great. Definitely time for an update!!!! I've followed Desiree to three locations and this one is my favorite! She now has an infrared sauna and her daughter does body contouring and wood work. After the shit show called 2020 it was time to get rid of some shit and this is the place HA! It's been a few short years since I've seen her but when I came back, it was like picking up where we left off :) I'm very comfortable with her and we have great fun conversation and even laughs with a tube up my ass LOL. I'm coming off strict keto and slowly getting into carb cycling. So this is a nice balance. I've been incorporating alot of self care activities this year and this is part of the rotation. I immediately booked the infrared sauna and the first time my silly ass forgot to bring a book because your phone will blow up after 10 minutes, had to throw it out the sauna room like a hot potato haha. This was definitely a test to mental because I had no distractions for 40 minutes! And that felt like eternity BUT I felt amazing and accomplished after that!
