Update from my previous visit…read more 2 stars. The nurse was rough when twisting the connector, which made the IV catheter move inside my vein, and rough again when removing it. It was super painful, especially because they inserted it before the alcohol dried, which makes it sting more. It was not relaxing at all. I am human, not an animal. They used an IV catheter, which is typically better for longer drips, as the metal needle is removed and only a soft tube remains inside. However, if it is handled roughly, it can still cause pain. Using a butterfly needle or an even smaller needle size would be much gentler and far less painful for customers. The technique matters as much as the needle size. The ingredients were not disclosed, so I am unsure whether they are sourced from China, the USA, or Korea. Sessions are already a minimum of $200, and at checkout, they still do the classic "going to ask you a question" tip prompt, starting at 20% really? The energy in the room also felt anxious. Staff kept opening the door like they were unsure how long the session should take. Only one other customer was there, yet it still felt chaotic. The location is convenient, and they do offer different drips; however, I will not be coming back. I have already found another place with better reviews, a doctor-led approach 25% lower prices, and most importantly, a smoother and less painful needle setup.

Skin is definitely an investment!…read more I've been to Korea to get a bunch of treatment but still unhappy with my skin since I had a lot of hyperpigmentation. The only way to get rid of it is to buy sessions so you're on a schedule to tackle the pigment. I was able to buy 3 Picosure Pro lasers on a deal and was able to space them out 4-6 weeks as they recommended. After the first session, you might be a little pink but goes away in an hour or so. After 3 weeks later you see the pigment hasn't lighten up like crazy! Repeat these steps and the results are amazing! My coworkers and friends have noticed a huge difference. My overall skin texture has been more glowy and flawless. I really wished they had the lead eyeball cover so they can get closer to my eyes. That's where you still see the old pigment but if they get too close you can get blind so I'm okay with having some pigment. My overall goal was to just lighten it but not completely remove and after 3 sessions. What a difference!! I'm going to keep up the maintenance for once a year or more to keep the pigment at bay. Highly recommend pico sure pro for those who have pigmentations/freckles they want to remove! Just be careful with numbing. Make sure it doesn't drip into your eyes or go into your eyes. It really does burn and numb it up. Kinda scary when it happened once. Since then I've been more aware when they apply the numbing cream. Thanks again Dr. Dieu!
