Ok, I'm not 100 percent sure, but I'm pretty sure Orange County has to be up there on the list of Botox capitals. There's so many places to pick from, so let me do you a favor. Pick THIS PLACE! I started getting Botox when I was in my late 20s. I used it as a preventative treatment for wrinkles. What I hated about going into a medspa was I'd always ask their opinion. I had no idea what I was doing. And they would hit me with- we can't give you suggestions, everyone has different likes. So I've walked out of appointments unhappy with my results because I had no idea what I was doing and the people weren't helpful. I've even had people give me TOO much botox. As soon as I walked in I saw how gorgeous and spotless the lobby was. The girl working at the desk was sooooo gorgeous and friendly. Rather than taking accountability, they seem more interested in finding my personal information. This raises serious concerns about how they handle customer data, including credit card details. A legitimate business would focus on resolving a dissatisfied customer's issue, not making excuses. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for real Botox results or ethical service. 1st Update: Photo was attached to prove my previous statement. If you prefer to get a good review it is needed to do better. 60 units Botox was injected with almost no result. I've been around the Botox block enough times to know you have one review for the practitioner and then another for the results in two weeks. I got Botox in my forehead, crows feet area, chin and lip flip. Usually when I do my forehead there are still wrinkles that happen at the top near near the crown. She killed them all! I'm like finally!! My chin and around my eyes are perfect. One time I got a lip flip and it was so uncomfortably numb that I was hesitant to do it again. It looks great but imagine having a useless upper lip. I don't know what Angela did, but it is the right amount for appearance and comfort. Botox is a hellava drug!
