For years, I believed this was the best office in the area for patient care, quality, and fair pricing. I've referred at least seven people (including four family members) because I truly wanted to see this practice succeed. ​Unfortunately, since Dr. George Kamajian sold the practice, the experience has gone into a rapid decline. ​The Issues: ​Zero Communication: The office moved locations, changed their hours, and overhauled their entire pricing structure without ever notifying existing long-term patients. We found out through trial and error rather than professional courtesy. ​Constant Price Hikes: Pricing for services and prescription renewals seems to change every few months. I am now being asked to pay more than double the original cost for a 4-month MMJ renewal. ​Poor Accessibility: The medical side is now only open half the week for half the day, while the "Spa" side seems to get all the priority. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. I have spent two weeks trying to set an appointment just to pay them. ​Profit Over Patients: It feels like the new management cares more about "draining wallets" than patient health. They now charge fees just to ask a simple question or to get help with administrative tasks like updating an email on the MMUR site--something I've been trying to get help with for three weeks. ​The Only Positive: ​The staff on the Spa side of the business remain kind and helpful. It is ironic that it's easier and friendlier to talk to the spa staff than the actual medical practice that started it all. ​It is heartbreaking to see a staple of the community lose the kindness and support that made us so loyal to begin with. I can no longer recommend this office to anyone looking for genuine medical care.
