I've only been here once as I live in Chicago but needed some Botox! This med-spa was highly recommended by a few of my friends and it did not disappoint. I was quickly taken right at my appointment time and the whole process took about 10 minutes. Galena was fantastic - very kind, knowledgeable and honest. The results were fantastic and super natural. Not only is he a stellar human and knows his craft but he also takes into account you as an individual. Everyone that works here is kind and fun. Glow St Pete med spa is such a beautiful facility and the staff is sweet as pie. Each space is inviting and beautifully decorated. In addition, the estheticians and professionals are incredibly pampering and knowledgeable. One minor let down: to get in, you have to play phone tag with their main line, and that dance can take a few minutes. Somewhat annoying, but once you're in, it's all a treat. This place is the best! Galena is amazing at what she does, she makes you feel so beautiful and comfortable every time and is SO good at calming your nerves. She makes it as painless as possible and is so caring. She is quick to reply to any comments or concerns and will regularly check on you. The before and after speak for themselves! You can tell she TRULY just wants to make her customers happy. It's like visiting a friend you've known forever whenever I go! She is following CDC regulations and has one customer and a time and sanitizes everything, and there are lots of free parking spots right on the side of the building. Galena is in a league of her own. I went to her shortly after I had a bad experience with a filler. She completely restored my faith that filler can be natural looking and beautiful. Everything about the way Galena works is professional, tranquil and spot on perfect. She hands you a mirror so you can get on the same page as to what you want to achieve. Then when she starts to inject she lets you know what to expect and I swear it doesn't hurt at all with her. Throughout the process she lets you look so she can get your feedback. I've never had a mark or bruise with her ever once. I think with Galena she really thinks of everything. She puts herself in the patients shoes and makes the experience as perfect as can be. Could not speak more highly about Glow St. Pete. I had an adverse reaction to chin filler from a previous injector and called GSP. They got me in an hour later to see Mike. From the moment I walked in I immediately calmed down and knew I was in good hands. Mike assessed my chin thoroughly and walked me through the whole process of dissolving it.
