These guys are great to work with from the first phone call to the end of the move. They quoted me 3 hours to do my move. They finished on time. They disassembled and reassembled tables and beds. They put things where I wanted them. They were careful with my furniture and I didn't feel like I had to keep an eye on them all the time. I recommend them highly. read more

This was a horrible experience. Upon the movers arriving to our 500 sf apartment we were told the entire move would take an absolute maximum of four hours. The total amount of time it took was twelve (12!!!!) hours. We paid over $3,400.00 for a move in the same town. The movers literally moved one pillow at a time, one picture at a time, one small box at a time. When I asked them to use a dolly to speed up, one of the movers had a tantrum; he slammed down boxes and crates, breaking several pieces of china we received from our wedding 30 years ago. They put all of our artwork in the grass and the sprinklers came on and ruined most of our pieces (we moved to another apartment therefore we had no control over the sprinklers). Even though they saw the sprinklers go on in the other zones, they didn't think to move our artwork. They were rude. They did NOTHING they promised; didn't put furniture back together, didn't wrap furniture or use any moving blankets even though they were on the truck. I know this company has high reviews but in my opinion they are not authentic. read more

I do not recommend them if you expect them to arrive when committed.They will call and cancel at the last minute and base their appt. around their plans with little regard for their client. We have used them on a couple occasions in the past and always a tweak to how things were going down. Apparently there's not an appreciation for repeat business or respect for anyone else's schedules , but their own. read more

Responsive, courteous and fast! They had great ideas for how to efficiently move unyielding heavy furniture up steep stairs. Moved my daughter from Tulsa to KC for school. We loaded a rented truck ourselves in Tulsa and treated ourselves to a full-service unload in KC by The Dudes. Best $ I've spent in a long time. Cannot recommend these folks enough. From the chipper, user-friendly scheduling process with Zarin to the very efficient, friendly, organized service provided by Carl and Caleb, The Dudes exceeded all expectations.
