I was immediately greeted as I walked in the door and both men were very friendly. I was on a tight time frame as I had to pick up my husband. This is the real deal customer service place that we so used to know! They actually help you put the shoe on and tie them! I was so impressed with this service. Caleb waited patiently and went out of his way accommodating my needs. He even pulled up the computer for other options. I am definitely that one who wants to try everything. I am a nurse and have an have a foot injury so trying ever option is critical for comfort . Caleb took MORE than enough time to allow me to find the right fit for my foot. One of the best characteristics that Caleb has is he know his shoes and can tell you the differences in comfort, cushioning and stability of shoes which helped me so much in making a decision. My husband is a bit fussy about shoes and we will be headed there to purchase his shoes as well. Thank you so much Caleb for your excellent customer service, knowledge and just fun to work with. The staff, elite runners themselves, took their time to offer me a number of options and try each one until I was completely comfortable. That included walking on their indoor track for a bit of time to ensure no issues. It's a fantastic value for the money, particularly for elite runners or individuals like myself that might be in need of a little TLC for footwear. Once a year, in the spring, during the Berkshire Hathaway stockholders meeting in Omaha, the store shuts down normal operations and goes 100% Brooke shoes, offering amazing discounts and brings in an expanded staff from the Brooks team Additionally, there is a clearance area on shoes and running items as well as a nice assortment of regularly priced items Highly recommend the store for your specialized footwear needs

I saw some reviews talking about customer service being bad or something like that but I've never had a problem. I shop there regularly and probably drop more than a grand each year between gear for myself and my family, to bday and Christmas gifts for friends! Always check out their clearance very thoroughly! I got a $250 jacket with Omni Heat Infinity for $70!! What a steal!! Like I said the staff is super helpful and always go above and beyond to help! It is an outlet store so they have a selection of products specific to outlet stores but they do occasionally get some really good stuff from online or other stores that sell as clearance. Always check it out whenever you get the chance because what they have in there is perfect for the weather from upf50 and omniwick shirts for those hot summer days all the way to heavy ski coats for winter fun!!!

so sad to leave this review. this place used to be great. they have made some management changes…read moreand this place is horrible. i called about using some artwork that they had of ours for embroidery for special order shirts that i had. the person that does the embroidery came out and looked at shirts. she said no problem. i asked her about the material of the shirts and explained they were very expensive shirts and didnt want to ruin them..she assure me they would be ok..i picked them up, the letter is off centered by over and inch. the chest logo goes into my armpit and the material puckered and looks wrinkled. was told by Vicky Roberts that they should have never done the shirts cause that material doesnt handle any embroidery. they refunded the embroidery but left me with 4 - $90 shirts that are trash...this place will never make it with this new management.
