The property is always spotless, smells fresh and clean, and the amenities are truly exceptional. Everything is modern, beautifully maintained, and the gym is consistently clean and well-equipped. The entire staff, including the security guards, is warm, welcoming, and friendly. It's clear they truly care about the residents and take pride in creating a wonderful community. We've also been impressed by the maintenance team. I submitted a few maintenance requests, and they responded the very same day. They were efficient, respectful, and resolved everything quickly with a positive attitude. My family and I couldn't have chosen a better place to call home. I haven't lived in the area since before the pandemic and was nervous about how much LA has changed (because cities everywhere have changed). However, Tasia & Portia made our move in process seamless (which means a lot since we came from the East Coast). Since then, everyone has been welcoming and attentive if any issues with our apt arise. Maintenance fixes stuff within 24 hours. Leasing office is responsive and informative, and if that's not the case they rectify it quickly. I think the bonus is having a manager like Tasia who knows her residents and tries to help in ways that go beyond just what your apt needs. I've had a better transition back into LA life because of her kindness. Keep in mind, though, that it is an apartment in a major city so some parts of the environment are uncontrollable. I'd still gladly pick this place over the many others we toured in a heartbeat.

This is the third management team I have experienced here and they have just blown me away. The first two teams were great, but Riko, Jesus, Ismael and Oscar..they are a dream team. Amazing community events with the biggest turnouts ever. Maintenance requests addressed immediately, Ismael is the best! I have made new life friends here this past year, the residents truly look out for each other. Best of all Haven continues to attract loving like minded people. I have so much gratitude for these 4 guys, and for Riko setting the tone with care and devotion at a level that is rarely seen unless you are the business owner. The modern design puts other outdated places to shame, as it had only opened in 2019 for rentals. The location is conveniently located near 2 grocery stores and a handful of restaurants. Plus they are building a new Target across the street! Pre-COVID the common room with a billiard table, gym, and rooftop lounge were great additions. Management would host a party with free food and drinks once a month. During COVID, they amped up their cleaning and I would hear them literally everyday vacuuming outside my door. There are amazon lockers on the first floor garage that make it easy for you to grab your packages without being worried that a neighbor may take it. Electric car? Not a problem, they started installing charging stations underground so if you have an EV, this place can accommodate. Management is super friendly and replies quickly to emails. When we moved out, they refunded our entire deposit plus pet as we cleaned it so well which is unheard of!

I was able to do my application online and come 3000 miles to meet him on a SUNDAY and get my keys and sign the lease. He was nice...the neighbors were nice (one being his brother and family), the maintenance man was nice (gave me his cell # to contact him quickly) The reason it doesnt have 5 stars? 1. NO A/C...coming from georgia my first week was great. Nice sea breeze...windows open..no fear someone would crawl in. Then a heat wave came...I was miserable. I had to buy fans to keep from dying. 2. Ants..they OWNED the place...none of my pesticides worked...they came back. I must say..I would rather have them than roaches..but they were annoying!!!! Dean told me I should have told him so they could spray...hell I just figured they would respond to my spray and powders that usually works. Oh well. 3. Parking....it was sometimes like a battle for parking. Esp if you came into the neighborhood after 7pm or before 9am on weekends and holidays. There was a couple times I had to park a couple blocks away!! The neighborhood is safe...but still. There were these big trucks always there...motorcycles that parked horizontally from the curb instead of vertically. There are no painted lines so there would be a potential spot..yet the car in front or behind didnt park right. This was my biggest complaint. Dont get me started on the cars that NEVER moved... (one had spider webs from its tires to the street) At the end of the day a good place to stay. Very gated...you need a key for everything. Nice management. Nice area. Even though a few blocks from the airport..rarely heard a plane. 15 mins from the nearest beach. I would recommend this place :)
