Our experience at Hollywood Park Residences has been outstanding from the beginning till now. We moved in three weeks ago, and the entire process was seamless. A special thanks to Adryanna, our leasing manager, as well as Aiden and Karen, who were incredibly helpful every step of the way. They were professional, kind, and genuinely caring throughout the entire leasing process, making sure everything was taken care of before and after our move. Their exceptional customer service made us feel welcomed from day one. Living here has exceeded our expectations. Every day feels like we're staying at a luxury resort. The property is always spotless, smells fresh and clean, and the amenities are truly exceptional. Everything is modern, beautifully maintained, and the gym is consistently clean and well-equipped. The entire staff, including the security guards, is warm, welcoming, and friendly. It's clear they truly care about the residents and take pride in creating a wonderful community. We've also been impressed by the maintenance team. I submitted a few maintenance requests, and they responded the very same day. They were efficient, respectful, and resolved everything quickly with a positive attitude. My family and I couldn't have chosen a better place to call home. We love the sense of security, the beautiful environment, and the outstanding level of service we receive every day. I met a dog groomer who lives in the Hollywood park apartments " ; and I brought my dog and well she said I should take a tour while my dog was being groomed and I did! The rest is history!! VANESSA PEÑA leasing office when I entered she addressed me and was so genuine and professional and kind, beautiful and she asked what I was looking for and OMG !! STUNNING!!! WINDOWS, VIEWS, ITS A VIBE, I SIGNED IMMEDIATELY and I love her she's awesome, actual everyone that works here is pretty awesome too! I lived here for a year and I have never lived in an area were all neighbors are so friendly. Everything is well organized and the staff is great. Especially Kelly the manager is absolutely awesome! Sometimes you get free tickets to events nearby (Sofi and Hard Summer) and guest parking passes are plentiful. I would definitely move back there if I'm returning to the US. read more

I was invited by the assistant manager Oliver for a realtor tour and was immediately welcomed and impressed by the tour he conducted. You can tell the developer put in thought into the layouts and finishes, just wished it had countertop lighting, but this place is truly a hidden gem with so much potential! I came to Hollywood Park Residences because my son had just completed his internship and was offered a full-time position in LA., And I started looking from Illinois for him to live. My top considerations and/or requirements included safety and proximity to work, And before landing on Hollywood Park I spent most of my search in Playa Vista. However when I saw the property online my first thought was, Wow ... but then the second thought was, but it's an Inglewood and I had gotten the impression that that wasn't a safe environment for him. However, since it is 3 minutes from his job, I agreed to view the property. That when i met Vanessa Pena, and she put all of my concerns and fears to rest. First of all, the property is GORGEOUS. The amenities are top notch ... But more importantly to me Vanessa was extremely helpful in this process. She was "our person" to address every concern, every question ... And unlike many of the reviews from the properties I was considering, Hollywood Park Residences management is there to assist you and help you, not to be an adversary. It is because of our experience with Vanessa that I want to give the highest rating that I can give. I felt like the attention and the service that Vanessa gave us was top notch. read more

Likes: The staff here is wonderful. I showed up without an appointment because I was in the area. Adam was very inviting and nice enough to give me a tour of both properties. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me all the information I needed and showed me everything I wanted to see. When Adam wasn't there Tonya with her cute bubbly self took care of me through the relatively easy application process. The Wesley has friendly and respectful neighbors. The area is quiet and I feel safe walking at night. The cleaning staff is top tier. They go above and beyond like cleaning the rails in the stairwells and and even mopping outside at the front entrance. If someone is willing to mop outside you can imagine how clean it is inside. the landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. Wonderful amenities. I love the roof top deck with heated benches and fire pit. Dislikes: While I am happy to have an in unit washer a dryer, I'm not a fan of the particular machine that I have. Sometimes my clothes gets tangled on the big pole that's in the middle of the washer. It's not ideal for washing big items like duvets. Another dislikes is traffic when there is an event at Sofi. If you live here you will have to make plans for game/concert days. If you can stay in during those times that's probably the easiest but events are often held on weekends. Who wants to be in on the weekends and depending on when you come home you'll be stuck in traffic. It feels like you're barricaded inside or outside your home. I was given a resident sign to hang from my car mirror and told we would have designated lanes for residents to zip past the traffic but that hasn't been my experience other than a very short lane at the mall across from Hotel Lum. Hopefully the city can come up with a better solution for Inglewood residents but after doing research I see that locals have been complaining for years. read more

So I am new to the building so I'll have to come back about the living experience, but I can say without a doubt that the leasing experience and leasing team, particularly Tonya and Kelly are beyond phenomenal. They are beyond kind, warm, and personable and make you feel so wanted and comfortable about the leasing experiences. No request was too big no matter how many times I wanted to look at the same spot over and over or get exact measurements of some obscure part of a wall, it was always consistent kindness, warmth and respect. So far the living experience has been lovely as well but I'll come back later for more on that. I went to take a look at both the Wesley and Crosby 2 and 3 bedrooms on a Tour with Vanessa. She was such a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about everything I asked in regard to the residences. Each place had its own different feel including the ones that were shown to me that were fully furnished. The apartments were very spacious with great lighting and views of the So-Fi Stadium. I loved the kitchen counter tops and wood grain and how open they were. The amenities, pool and private rooms made me feel like I was at a luxury resort. Such a lovely place.
