I make the majority of my own Wurst so I'm rather familiar with all their sausages. Still they had many I never heard of or eaten. One of my favorite items was Leberkäse a German sausage loaf in the shape of our meatloaf. Absolutely fantastic! I also picked up course and fine Liverwurst, Weißwurst, Knockwurst, German Bologna and a Keilbasa luncheon meat.......all delicious!
