Installation was done perfectly - 2 young guys came, set up in 30-40 minutes in the best place possible in the yard. Set up the tables and left the chairs on top as we planned to move the tables around. Linens were fine, but instead of red as ordered, they gave us white - but they returned the next day and left the red ones for use. Tent was perfect, and they came a few days after the event and took down the tent and chairs with no problem.

For my own records took a picture of the gas level and miles. Left the lot not even 2 mins in driving. I called to ask for a different truck due to truck not wanting to pick up. Was told there were no more trucks although they had so many in the lot to the point it was impossible to have rented everything out. Dropped truck off and a few days later was charged an additional $29.60 for gas and miles. All together the total came out to be $99 dollars for a $30 truck.Mind you I was charged for miles I never drove and gas I had replaced. Called U-Hal customer service. Emailed pictures I took prior and they refunded me my money. The rep didn't understand why I was being charged at all. Same thing happened last time. They are charging what they want and because charge is so little no one will question it. Yells Scam !!! To me. I will never do business here ever again.

After one good experience I took my 2nd unit in for repair when it clearly needed a new igniter and wouldn't start. When I dropped it off I stated that it needed a new igniter. After a few weeks in their shop they returned it and charged me over $100 for what they called a "tune-up"--no igniter replacement. The thing still would never start. Because their shop is an hour away I tried for two months to get it going on the weekends that I was at home. Nothing worked. When I returned it they refused to work on it without me paying their $40 diagnostic fee again. The manager (who is extremely unpleasant and unhelpful) repeated this mantra that "we stand behind our work but you have to let us know within 5 days that there is a problem." Went to pick it up and low and behold they put in a new igniter and dropped the labor and parts charges. I am still out the $40 duplicate diagnostics fee. No apology. Just a repetition of the "we stand behind our work" speech which of course is not true in my case. Clearly these guys screwed up and decided they didn't have to admit to it on a technicality. Throughout it the manager of the operation was unapologetic and even downright nasty. If you have a choice (and fortunately I do) I would recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

This place is okay but the second time I tried to rent their boom lift they told me the day I was supposed to pick it up that I need my own trailer. I told them last time I used theirs (I've never owned a 3+ ton twin-axel trailer) yet they argued that this wasn't the case. Long story short, don't bother going unless you can haul it yourself or are willing to pay their high delivery fees. I prefer Sudbury Taylor Rental. STR is a bit more expensive and seems a bit more residential / home owner focused but they're consistently accurate, have better customer service, and overall just a nicer company to work with.

As Steves notes on their website, their rental equipment is far newer than all other nearby rental locations. Having experienced starting issues with equipment rented elsewhere, Steves equipment is far superior. Likewise, their customer service from Steve and Stephen is second to none. Their equipment is not only new but well Maintained and they offer delivery service if you need larger equipment and don't have a larger truck to move it. If you need to rent anything I highly recommend them as your first and only rental center.

The trailer clearly had not been wiped down, let alone cleaned. This is also when we discovered the refrigerator did not work. On day two we woke up to 45 degree weather and discovered that the heater didn't work either. On day the three we woke up to a horrible smell. We discovered that the grey water tank was 1/3 full and the black water tank was 2/3 full. Yes, that's right; they sent us on our way with a tank full of someone else's waste. Fuller RV refused to discuss the situation with us and ushered us out the door. This company could actually make you sick. Stay safe, healthy and stay away from Fuller RV.
