Rude hairstylist who left me with half cut hair and went to talk on the phone for more than 10 minutes! I tried to be understanding and waited. After she finished the cut, she didn't even bother to brush of the hair from my face or neck! I literally walked home with all the small hairs on my face and eyes and as you know, small hairs can't be taken off or brushed off with fingers. She ruined my hair! Took a picture of the hairstyle I wanted! A full fringe, layered hair! I came out with the haircut of "Javier Bardem , in No country for old man". My hair was elbow long and now it's above my shoulder even though I made it clear to her that I didn't want her to shorten the length too much, just trim. I promise a blind person could have done a better job than the stylist for this place... My hair is ruined so much! That I have an appointment at Toni and Guy Newcastle to get a pixicut! The massage was amazing I was totally relaxed and just wanted to sleep. The waxing was a gentle as it could get, the wax temperature was just right. You can even get your nails done, or have a waxing in the ladies salon. The staff members are all well trained, friendly and polite, and they actually listen to what you want to have done (unlike some hairdressers I have been to where they do what they want to you). The only slight downfall is that only the mens salon has the capability to take cards, so you have to wait whilst they dash over the road to get the credit card machine. Still, as that is the only complaint you can level against it then it isn't bad. Guido's it is very reasonably priced for all of their services, and if you are a student you get a discount (always a good thing in a University town).
