just another reason you should not live at this ratchet complex. A $400 parking pass is absurd, but now you can no longer park on the premises AT ALL no matter the time of day unless you have their expensive parking pass. no one wants to live in a place with 0 washers in the stand alone buildings in the back, the wifi doesn't work or connect, cops are always patrolling the residents, the complex smells like weed. packages are lost and put into wrong boxes daily. the residents are treated horrible because they are college students so the staff feels okay to take advantage of them.

Amazing student housing property in Stephenville. My daughter loved being able to walk to campus.

The Lofts at College Park - Guest apartment bathroom (during the summer) at The Loft Apartments.

I stayed at The Lofts at College Park as a guest for two weeks this summer. The rooms are quite…read morelarge with an open kitchen that connects to the living room, a spacious bedroom, and a gigantic bathroom. The kitchen closet has a washer and dryer within it, and the bathroom is equipped with an iron, ironing board, and hair blow dryer. The kitchen is a full kitchen with a full-sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave, basic drip coffee maker, silverware, pots/pans, and plateware. It's a shame The Lofts aren't walking distance from a supermarket, and there's no public transportation to get to one, because that kitchen could be useful. There is a Walgreen's about 0.8 miles away. The location is super convenient to the University of Texas Arlington as well as downtown Arlington and the restaurants on Abram Street. So, there's access to food, just not groceries. Being so close to where the local WNBA team plays, and doubling as a university dormitory, the area/hallways can get a bit rowdy on weekends. In general, I found if I shut the bedroom door that it was plenty quiet. The central air worked well (although I couldn't figure out the thermostat). It gets a bit bright in the morning, and the shades knock out about 60% of the morning sunshine, but certainly not all of it. Both the television in the living room and the bedroom are equipped with cable channels. The room comes supplied with Dial white soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and a shower cap. No shampoo! You also are given only one towel, one wash cloth, one hand towel, and one bath mat at a time. Plan accordingly. Overall, I consider my stay at The Lofts at College Park to have been quite pleasant.

Living here now and it's pretty quiet and they've fixed all the gate issues and are also fairly…read moregood about getting on any maintenance issues you've reported. My main issue is that they conduct unit entries in which they enter your apartment and even your personal bedroom ( I have 4B4B) without telling you when exactly they are going to be coming. They give you like a week range in which they'll come with maybe a day or two's heads up but anytime between the hours of 10-7 they are able to just enter your apartment with only giving one knock as a heads up. This is frustrating as you are kind of in a chokehold the entire week and feel like you can't nap/ use the restroom/ shower when you're at home as they could be trying to enter your unit at any moment. They say these are for safety but not sure how this is effective as if someone really did have something unsafe in their apartment they could literally just remove it for the week and then put it back in as soon as the week is through as we are technically given a bit of a heads up notice. I'm a fairly private and also unfortunately messy person and this is a source of stress for me that I think is unnecessary. Part of the reason I got an apartment in the first place is to have a source of privacy and a space of my own and the idea of someone poking through my room unnecessarily is aggravating and feels like a useless invasion of privacy. Otherwise this place has proved to be a pretty decent place to live but just be aware of them conducting random unscheduled room searches ( gives military/ strict parents with a high schooler/cult vibes lol) PS would love if management didn't leave an AI generated response to this lol, yall always leave stuff like please reach out without offering any actual solutions or responses to criticism. Would love an actual response from a human or nothing at all !

We had our apartment professionally cleaned and they still want to charge 60.00 for a cleaning and expect the students to paint their rooms or incur a 50.00 charge if they do not. Redpoint is charging but not doing the services. They will not speak to you just send a final invoice. I tried calling the management team, Scion Group 301-704-5100 but they do not respond either. They pride themselves as a "Pet friendly" apartment complex but gave me the worst time of my life with my pet rabbits. They absolutely at all costs refused to allow my 3 pet rabbits. I then provided an ESA letter for the 3 rabbits and they refused to accept it. I then provided my fathers death certificate to substantiate my letter and they still refused. I was then threatened with lease termination and Animal Control to get rid of my pets. To top it off, they moved me into a dirty apartment that wasn't even the correct floor plan I had taken the lease over from. I literally took over an apt that wasn't cleaned, had bite marks on the sideboard and a clogged toilet. If the above wasn't enough, the roommates were absolutely horrible excuses of human behind and Redpoint refused at all costs- move me to another unit. They made absolutely no effort to make things better for me. None. I had to move out after they threatened my pets thus ruining my internship plans and Grad school career. Shame on You RedPoint! I
