Please read before deciding to sign a lease here no one deserves to live in these conditions. Roach infested upon move in I moved in a week later than my roomate and on first day move in she put in a request about the roaches management was deceitful never reached out to me about the condition the roaches posed a problem to my health where I couldn't even shower or eat in my unit anymore. I had even called them to let them know I was moving in but was never made aware of how bad the roach problem was or that there even was a roach problem and there are records that they are aware of it. Almost 900 a month with utilities and I couldn't used my fridge or let alone sleep at night. this is a safety and sanitization issue that was not taken care of and the apartment was negligent I tried to get out of my lease but now they are trying to force me to keep paying or transfer my unit to someone else without the problem being resolved. Maintence has Been to my unit 4x and told me if I requested again for roaches it be $100 fee even though they never resolved the problem. Deceitful company dog shit and piss in the hallways elevator is always broken units are roach infested you can't even sleep in peace and internet is constantly down. The worst place for a student to live away from home, and they only care about money which is obvious as I have attached pictures of the problem, as you can see. I've talked to management now, but had trouble talking to management even, when contracting the leasing office was told they didn't have management till I said I pay 800 a month I think I know my rights and should be able to talk to management. Kale reached out to me and told me unfortunatley I'm still obligated to pay my lease even though the deceit on there side is obvious. In hindsight I wouldn't sign a lease here I would run to liv+ or park place those are my suggestions.I had also sent them a letter vacated and returned all my keys. Management still hdnt reached out to me after my letter had to talk with the leasing office and send another email to the leasing office before management even got in contact and in the letter put my contact information.( they already have my contact info in there system anyways) Makes me wonder if management even read it since my contact info was in the letter and addressed to management. No one else and it was signed that they received my letter but no contact until I repeatedly called leasing and asked to speak to manager and eventually we set up times through email. This company is scamming vulnerable college students to live in dirty roach infested units because they know they can and yes I say scamming they are aware of what they are doing and that roaches cause diseases and conditions like this are unlivable.( these were all taken in one video the video shows a lot better but you can see it's bad. I just can't post videos on yelp.

This IS UPS LETTING ME KNOW MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO THE FRONT OFFICE

I used to live here had a major issue with the front office because of my Ac being out for weeks and the charges plus their lack of actual help in certain these situations.I had a package delivered there went there ahead of time to let them know it was coming and that I'd pick it up asap because the shoes that were in it where very very hard to get.I went to get my package not even 40 minutes after it was delivered but out of pettiness the office held my package to inconvenience me claiming policy was the reason they couldn't just have let me pick up my legal mail which they knew about because I told them it was coming when it was coming and who I was even left a phone number. I know this because they had the same people working who I've had problems with before a girl named Brax who picked up the phone and I immediately knew my I wouldn't get my package when she picked it up. still clearly holds a grudge. just an overall lack of professionalism and human decency. Now I'm sitting here waiting for an update cause all I know is it was delivered to the office and this is an inconvenience I'm certain people who work there clearly desired for me to have What if my package gets lost or damaged just a lack of professionalism. Since they claimed policy did all this it's my policy as a human being to inform the general public when a business conducts itself in this manner cause this actually ridiculous policies don't erase human decency. should have just GIVEN me MY PROPERTY‍

He approached them mad because they threw something at this truck when he drove by one night... it happened in the parking lot. He actually subsequently fell on the bottle HE was carrying behind is back.... IDIOT! Don't worry, he was OK. Saw an ambulance give him an ice pack to hold over his head afterwards. (How many people can say they've really seen that happen before in real life!? In movies is one thing... haha) - This isn't to say Centennial isn't safe, but I wouldn't go so far as to say it IS, either. These apartments are like the epitome of quantity over quality... Lots of "nice" looking units (from the outside anyway) in a huge complex but the actual units are very basic & lacking in personality or depth... It's gated, which is nice, but again, not SO safe... I witnessed a friend get a comforter stolen from the dryer in the on-site laundry facility (we walked in to find it gone!). Props for well kempt grounds & pretty fast work-order/maintenance upkeep. Most units are shared between students (multi-rooms, one kitchen, two bathrooms for instance), funky parking rules (I once got a crazy high parking ticket FROM UTA for parking in a handicap spot for like 20 mins!), last I heard you had to be a UTA student to live here... Overall these apts serve their purpose for students but are kinda depressing... I'd never CHOOSE to live here. Being student housing, though, I guess they suffice.

It's not so much the apartments themselves that are bad; it's the total incompetence and ignorance…read moreof both the maintenance team (there's one Hispanic maintenance man who is an exception) and the management heads that ruin it. This place is totally mismanaged. There's very little organization, but plenty of intrusion. Your space will be invaded randomly at any time of day, often without warning. Nothing gets properly fixed; instead, you'll often just be disturbed for seemingly no reason. On top of that, when things are worked on, they are frequently made worse rather than better, which contributes to the condition these apartments are in today. There is very little, if any, communication with residents. You don't know when they're coming, what they're coming to do, or why they're entering your space. They will randomly show up to inspect something, paint something, or perform some other task--often multiple times back-to-back because they do not keep track of what has already been completed. They do this without proper scheduling, without adequate notice, and without clearly explaining the reason for the visit. Overall, this makes the apartment an extremely frustrating place to live. What you pay here is very similar to, if not higher than, what you would pay elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and find another place to live.

I am a current resident at Liv+ (though, thankfully, my lease is ending soon and I will not be…read morerenewing) and I do not suggest living here. To start off, I will bring up the roommate pairing system. I was given a form to fill out that asked me about my allergies, if I owned any animals, my habits and what I look for in a roommate. I filled it out, along with everyone else, and submitted it. I indicated that I owned no pets, but would be ok with someone who did own pets. I was given two other roommates; one woman who owned a large, well behaved and friendly dog...and one woman who was extremely allergic to pets, and had to take allergy medication daily if she was going to be around pets. Both of the women had indicated their respective issues; the woman who owned a dog explained she had one and was paying pet rent. The woman who couldn't be around pets had marked this on her file and provided a doctors note. Eventually, the woman who owned the dog had to move out of the apartment into another unit because of this issue. Other problems include; a constant, unbeatable roach infestation. They live in the halls. If you call the exterminator, they will exterminate you apartment and the roaches will be gone for a few days, and then roaches from the hall will just move back in. The fire alarm always goes off. The first day I moved in, the water main connected to the sprinkler system broke...and set off every fire alarm (5-6 per unit, plus all of them in the halls) on, at 3AM the day before the first semester started. The fire alarm continued to turn on and be shut off until 5AM. Beyond that, every time I use my stove top, the fire alarm goes off. I have boiled water and it sets the alarm off, even with all windows up and two fans running. I can no longer use my stove top because it sets off the fire alarms. It is not just my unit, on any day I hear at least two other units set off their fire alarm in my building. I called maintenance to check my alarms. Someone came by and one by one took down each alarm and checked them. Taking down the fire alarm sets the other ones off. So they come in and set off my fire alarm about 5 times, tell me nothing is wrong with them, and leave. There are constant water leaks - usually coming through active light fixtures. And not always a small amount of water. On one occasion, I came home to my entire kitchen soaked through and water just pouring out of the lights above the kitchen island/bar area. Mold; there are multiple places in my apartment that have been previously water damaged and now have mold eating away at them. The paint flakes away and the material is peeling back layer by layer. All maintenance does is paint over it again. You cannot run the dishwasher or laundry machines and have hot water in the shower. You can only do one at a time or else your water goes cold in under five minutes. Do not live here unless you have absolutely no choice. If you are forced to live here, make sure you take pictures of all the mold and roaches you find (because you WILL have them) so that the company cannot try and blame you for the damage.

The kitchen closet has a washer and dryer within it, and the bathroom is equipped with an iron, ironing board, and hair blow dryer. The kitchen is a full kitchen with a full-sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave, basic drip coffee maker, silverware, pots/pans, and plateware. It's a shame The Lofts aren't walking distance from a supermarket, and there's no public transportation to get to one, because that kitchen could be useful. There is a Walgreen's about 0.8 miles away. The location is super convenient to the University of Texas Arlington as well as downtown Arlington and the restaurants on Abram Street. So, there's access to food, just not groceries. Being so close to where the local WNBA team plays, and doubling as a university dormitory, the area/hallways can get a bit rowdy on weekends. In general, I found if I shut the bedroom door that it was plenty quiet. The central air worked well (although I couldn't figure out the thermostat). It gets a bit bright in the morning, and the shades knock out about 60% of the morning sunshine, but certainly not all of it. Both the television in the living room and the bedroom are equipped with cable channels. The room comes supplied with Dial white soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and a shower cap. No shampoo! You also are given only one towel, one wash cloth, one hand towel, and one bath mat at a time. Plan accordingly. Overall, I consider my stay at The Lofts at College Park to have been quite pleasant.

Literally anyone willing to sign a lease and pay rent they'll let move in. With that being said, I was new to Arlington because I was a freshman and I had to do the randomized roommates which is a joke because they literally just threw me in a room with two other black girls that shared nothing in common, not even close in age. It peeved me because your roommates are the people you see all the time and knowing that they're 4 years older than me with nothing in common it was just weird being around them. But alas, it could be worse right?? Fast forward to 2025 this month, a water leak happened on the 4th floor that leaked all into me and my new roommates walls, which has led to construction. In the email they sent out they just made it seem like it was gonna be a quick fix, the leasing manager DEANNA WALLACE did not mention that it was going to be a 3 WEEK job, not anywhere in that email did she say that. So today when I came out of my room around 10 am I found a man sitting on our couch so obviously I was confused because he didn't mention who he was or why he was there. I text my roommates telling them about it and turns out it was just a worker escorting the vendors, which could have been helpful to address when I first walked out, especially in an apartment full of girls. Then I go about my day studying and then I'm hearing drilling, banging, all types of loud noise and I get upset because I have midterms coming up and I can't focus when there's literal construction going on in the common area. Then my roommates ended up leaving because we were t able to get to the fridge and make any type of food whatsoever, we had to eat out, which not everyone has the money for! By this point I'm upset because we didn't even know there was going to be construction again, so I called the front office and asked to speak to Deanna, and they didn't, they always the "is there anything I can help you with" which like no I'm asking yk speak to a MANAGER!! But I just told the worker what happened and she gave me a half-assed answer like "the vendors should be out by 5, just ask them if you can move stuff around" which isn't very helpful. So I get even more frustrated because this is ridiculous and I call my mom and she merges the call we get in the phone with some other manager that isn't Deanna, I think her name is Jasmine or whatever, but she's already pissed and has an attitude with me and my mother. I tell her simply me and my roommates want to be compensated for not being able tinuse our apartment properly, the very first construction issue made the whole apartment loud and extremely hot, it literally git up to 80 degrees in the room, and my other roommate in A was not even able to sleep in her room for days, and we were never told when all this stuff would be out the apartment, like it was so loud to the point where we couldn't even here each other, and all the machines were in the way of the pots and pans, so we weren't able to cook. But they told us that we can't get compensation or money off our rent because it's a "mandatory repair", a repair that me and my roommates had NOTHING to do with, instead the only thing they offered was to transfer units for the following three weeks until repairs are done, which is even MORE of a hassle. This has been the worst customer service and management I've ever seen. Do not come here !

I agreed to pay the relet fee of $300, but being charged for the entire month of October when I no longer lived there is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the conditions were awful, which is why I left. The elevators are a joke--there are only two for the entire building, one is always off, and the other breaks down constantly. As someone with back pain, I had to use the stairs way too often. I reported this multiple times, but nothing was done. Also, the ethernet port in my room was broken the entire time I lived there. I filed complaints and even contacted their ISP, but it never got fixed, which made it nearly impossible to do my schoolwork as an IT major. Campus Edge is unresponsive and disorganized. They make it incredibly difficult to live there and then overcharge you when you leave. Avoid this place!
