Totally ruined my jacket/blazer after charging me $15 AND I asked them upfront if they believed they could clean it without ruining the piping and the woman was confident they could. WRONG!!! They ruined it, put a damage tag on it, asked me what I wanted them to do because they followed the care instructions and offered me a CREDIT as if I would EVER plan to return!!! I suggest they do what other cleaners have done and refuse the item instead of reassuring the customer they can do something they clearly can't. They send them out and it took a couple of weeks to get back, but they were large Berner woven 8' heavy runners and couldn't find anyone else in 15 miles from Brookstone in acworth to do them without calling rug cleaning service to come in home at 2x the price. If I could, I would give this place a negative to infinity solely based on my interaction over the phone. I have never written a negative review in my life, but I apparently have time today. With as much competition as there is in the market rudeness is not a recommendation. I simply asked if they do a wash and fold service. The woman's response was "m'am what do you need, because I don't do wash and fold for a living. This is not a laundry mat." Super inappropriate and a rude answer is not needed. You can't make this up. Very entitled and rude establishment. Just a miserable business overall. I should have looked at the reviews before I even called them. Please take your business elsewhere. As a homeowner in an HOA of 18 custom Built homes in the area, we delegate different tasks to reinvent certain wheels on a yearly basis. This year it was my job to source a new dry cleaning facility. As I walked in, I noticed the gentlemen that was taking down my information was possibly new to the system as it looked as though the lady there, possibly his wife and the owner was assisting him in inputting my information. Now let me give you some background here. I decided that the best way to source a cleaners was to just take a few pieces that my husband, who is an entrepreneur and CEO, had in the laundry room. I was not dressed the best and had gym clothing on. But, being business owners ourselves we know not to ever judge a book by its cover. And to treat everyone with dignity, kindness, grace and compassion. This was far beyond how I was treated in my short 5 minutes at this business. I was curious as to how I could receive coupons or use coupons for my 2 blazers, grouse pants, and 4 dress shirts. The lady decided to ask be harsh in letting me know that i could only apply one coupon and that restrictions applied. None of this I asked her about. At this time I was a little baffled as the website only provides about 3-5 coupons and I assumed they would be familiar with their coupon restrictions and didn't need to take customers phones to read their own coupon verbiage. And then go ahead and be rude and let a customer who never actually asked that "there are always restrictions". Then they asked me what type of starch I wanted for the dress shirts, so As I'm getting to know this new business I asked what levels they had. They looked at me funny and felt the shirts and said light. I said okay. Light it is. I then asked why my coupon couldn't be used on the shirts and only the blazers and trousers and the unkind lady mentioned this," this is not dry cleaning, this is laundered. We would need to launder these. Most people just take their stuff to the dry cleaners and have no idea what they're doing or how it works". As which I responded with no comments other than," I always take these to the dry cleaners". Let me ask something, do we typically go to the doctors office or go in for surgery and start self diagnosing or perform the surgery ourselves? Do we go to restaurants, order food and then begin to walk to the kitchen to prepare our own food? Do we go to get oil changes and expect that we should know how the oil change is performed? There's a saying that goes, to be successful life, find The Who for everything, don't be The Who for everything. Be a visionary! That's the premise that my husband built his successful multimillion dollar company on. I didn't come to your dry cleaners with the knowledge of needing to know how everything worked. It was your job to be kind, courteous and respectful in explaining things to me. So because my karma is much more important than this business owners, I decided to let her speak, be rude and talk to me as though she was above me, and in return I gave her my silence. 30 seconds later I said " Thankyou, I will just go ahead and take my things". She then asked me "okay so you want to leave the dry cleaning here?" At which point I looked at her and said" I'll take all of me things, Thankyou" she looked at me with confusion. I couldn't leave my clothes here in fear that I would be scared or feel attacked to confront a quality issue in the future. I do hope this review has given you some closure on the situation you may or may not still think about. I wish you the best of luck in the future but unfortunately you will not be getting the business of this HOA. And during tough times, it is very hard to keep customers satisfied and sustain your business. As business travel has almost become non existent, I am sure dry cleaners are being affected. However it takes just a little respect and Kindness to go a long way! I rarely use dry cleaners, but I came across this one and recommend it to all! Their service is great and they are very friendly as well. Great cleaners IF you deal with the wife. The husband is horribly unprofessional and volatile. I took draperies there as I was having out of town guest. I was promised the draperies would be done. They were not ready which caused me to have to go and buy new ones. They left me several calls but I was not able to go and get them in what they deemed a timely manner. When I went to pick them up, I apologized profusely to the wife, paid, gave them MORE business and PAID IN ADVANCE as a good faith gesture. When I went to pick the clothes up the husband angrily, confronted me and started screaming that he didn't appreciate the time it took for me to come back. I told him that I apologized to his wife, brought him more business AND paid in advance for that business and it was settled. I told him that he was unprofessional and should let his wife handle customers. I felt totally sorry for his wife as she was lovely and kept apologizing while he screamed at his wife to "GET THAT WOMAN OUT OF MY DRIVE THRU." I will never return and absolutely would NOT recommend this cleaner unless you deal with the wife which is impossible because he is always there. I absolutely DO NOT recommend. I have been going to this cleaner for years. They cleaned my uniforms as well as my regular shirts and wife's clothes. They were great people. Recently they sold their business. I continued to take my uniforms and other clothes there. I recently got back my white uniform shirts with a purple stain on the pocket. I took them back to the cleaners and the owner immediately started arguing with me about the stains...I just wanted them cleaned. He continued arguing so I picked up my shirts and told him I'm never coming back. I would NOT recommend this cleaner to anyone! read more

I had used Gap for years. Any issues I may have had were quickly resolved. The previous owners were easy to work with. Unfortunately they recently sold the business. I kept going but I can no longer trust them. First my cost has doubled! Yes DOUBLED! They are not embarrassed by this when questioned. What has not happened was seeing an improvement for the extra cost. Their turn around time is not good. I've had stains that they refuse to address. In fact, it makes me wonder if they are truly cleaning my clothes or just ironing! I'm done with them and am searching for a new cleaner. Fingers crossed I find a good and reputable one.
