I've made many special requests and in all respects have been a difficult client, but they've never made me feel that way. Communication has been excellent, and they have gone above and beyond to find aides my picky aunt will like, and to work with me on scheduling so I can extend our home care budget to cover just the hours I need. The aides I've worked with have been wonderful, knowledgeable, patient and compassionate people. I can say the same about Vitaliy and Julie. I highly recommend!

I'm from PA & went here on emergency (not my choice) & I could not advise anyone to go here! I…read morewent with a high fever & told I had the Flu (had a flu shot) but 1 wk later left with pneumonia & antibiotics? I was made to "slop bath" at the sink as I was confined to my room & there was no shower or bath?! I had an emergency contact they refused to contact or keep updated! They stood (Nurses) in the hall & laughed when I told them I could not be w/o my 24-hr Allegra I've been on 25 yrs as my allergies are too bad & I produce phlegm, etc. fast & furious, so they contributed to my pneumonia by refusing to listen & with-holding my normal meds.! On days it felt 60*F out it was feeling like 90-100*F in my room! When I was downstairs in a room I had to use a port-a-potty & beg for it to be emptied or they got attitudes with me! 10 different people told me "Not" to go there, go to Albany, NY! My best advice? RUN!!! To another Hospital, it's a dump & degrading! They have you purple from shoving needles in everywhere & as long as they get it done, they're not worried how! Choose another place please!!
