There are 2 waiting rooms for healthy and sick kids. The main waiting room is well stocked with toys. The exam rooms are nice and clean. It's just an overall nice pediatric doctor office. They're supposedly open five days a week for ten hours a day..., but you'd never know it because they literally never answer their phones. People don't have time for this... They're not a serious practice. I've been to this location several times and I never see any other patients there. Figures. They have one (totally) incompetent, slow receptionist, who's never at the front desk, and who doesn't return calls. IF she does return calls, it's too late and you've had to go elsewhere to get pain relief... Plus, she has an attitude when she (finally) deigns to call back. Who needs this??? They only have a Facebook page, they have NO website outlining the services that they offer, a list of their practitioners, or insurance info., and they're always incommunicado. I wouldn't waste your time here, you'll only end up in pain and frustrated for the lack of professionalism and availability.
